In order to make a leak proof self managment system I believe I must develop an agenda which will allow me the proper time to study and plan thinga out properly. Having a schedule allows me to see what I need to do day to day and will allow me to allocate my time properly in order to see what I should be focusing on at the time. In order to make the most of my time I read that one must work during the times that my brain is at its peak of performance, which can vary from person to person, in order to maximize my performance in memory and reduce redudancy. Second, I must find a comfortable setting where I can concentrate without non important distractions, which can defocus my mind and slow down my work habits. The thing I find difficult is focusing my mind. The fact that I am unable to truely focus on one task and am always stressed or tired from a lack of sleep and standing for 8 hours a day at my job. I believe that this may as well be one of the best tools one can ahev in order to improve their study habits and save time overall. …show more content…

The thing is everyone's brain is wired differently, and we all learn in different ways. I feel as though I am a kinesthetic learner , because of the way I learned to do everything in the pharmacy. It was a busy day like always and they just threw me into the ocean of prescriptions that neded to be fillled and I adapted, learned, and got used to how things worked. I also asked others who were more experienced than myself in order to learn how to do my job better. Still I believe the white board method will work best for me, in order to keep myself up to dat with homework assignmetns I have due and other
