This is achieved by reminding people of their past strengths and achievements. Build self-optimism and remember that positive thinking means accepting what is good and not ignoring bad news and not avoiding the issue(Neeti &Sanjeev 2014). This emphasizes on learning from each mistake, searching for the good in every scenario, acknowledging bad news, and deciding on the solution rationally. In addition, engaging in healthy conflicts, which do not get personal, may strengthen people individually, within a team and achieving self-growth.
