Respect is a main part of a Staff members duty. Respecting will indicate to the owners that you have a an essential that all staff members should have. Respecting the players on the server will make the players on the server respect the staff. Without respect any server wouldn't be great. I will respect all players even if there really toxic or not. Respecting is also a great thing to learn in life and it will set you farther than the people who don't have respect.
Maturity:
Maturity is also a big part of a staff members duty. Maturity will make the server know that the staff know what they are doing. Without anyone Having Maturity the players would think the server is being runned by 10 year olds. To myself I think i'm pretty Mature to be a helper and I am Non-toxic . I'm always trying to improve my Maturity everyday!

Toxicity can be a very bad thing and can drive away players. As staff members keeping our cool will show to the community we aren't hot heads and we do know what we are doing. I wouldn't be toxic to fellow staff members or players because it's just so rude to do
Knowledge:
I have played on multiple different HCF servers over the years, I have much knowledge on the game its self. I know how to screenshare , what should be banable, and When I should mute someone for (Spam , Racism ect) or warn someone. Having a really good Knowledge of what you are doing can be a positive impact to what you are doing and what people think you are doing.
Fairness / Bias:
Ok, First off i don't care if your a Youtuber or Famous because you are a player on the server and you should apply to the rules and not abuse. Now I have been on server that has abused for YTers and Friends. I don't care if your Famous or a friend cause your a player on the server. Being Non-Bias to friends and Youtubers will make the community know you are there for them not for a few players. Also I've been threaten by a bias staff member and it wasn't
Maturity is not a fickle expression such as happiness or frustration, but rather an inherent quality one gains over time, such as courage or integrity. Before maturity can be expressed, the one who expresses it must have significant confidence in himself, since self-confidence is the root of maturity. Being flexible and formulating one's own opinions or ideas are aspects of maturity, but neither is possible without self-confidence. The greatest aspect of maturity is the ability to make decisions which society does not agree with. Whether or not one follows through with these ideas is not important. What is important is the ability to make the decision. These decisions represent the greatest measure of maturity.
Proper respect for others begins by a person respecting their self. Respect is developed by expressing honor, leadership, value, and trust in a person. If everyone respects everyone someday, the world will become a seventh heaven. It is important to be respectful for safety, to abide by the law, because children are influenced by their elders’ actions, and because God says so. Motivation from peers can help a person realize there is always room to improve the level of respect a person exhibits. Respect was, is, and always will be a positive attribute for everyone to strive for in their lives.
Why should you be chosen as a staff member? I want to help the server out I believe I could stop hackers from ruining the community and I believe I could stop people from being toxic in chat and also make it a place which people could enjoy the server and enjoy playing hcf and stay on the server also I'm very good at Screensharing people so if there hacking I could find some hacks in there .minecraft even if they deleted it. I would also record every single hacker I find and put it on my youtube channel for people to see that the person was hacking, I would also record the Screenshare so if a staff wanted to see that he had some hacks in his .minecraft I could show them some proof of he/she having hacks in her folder. I also want to make the server a none toxic place so when someone joins they will stay and not leave because either a hacker has killed them or someone was being toxic to them i would look and reply to everyone's questions in chat if they need help and i will be active all the time i will respect everyone who plays on the server even if someone disrespects me i wouldn't disrespect them back i would always stay calm when dealing with these sort of situations, because two wrongs doesn't make a right i believe being a staff you have to respect everyone that plays on the server and make them enjoy there stay on the server and also doing your job
It’s important to follow the rules, because they dictate what your advantage or disadvantage is;
Maturity is something that does not have one specific shape or size. It is something that everyone reaches at a different time in their life, or maybe not even at all. People must go through life to push them towards the direction of maturity. This may be early in life, or much later on. One is truly mature based on character traits, their ability to form independent ideas, and how he or she copes with the hypocrisy and pressure of society.
An example of this in adult nursing could be in a hospital, during personal care. If a patient is unable to complete their own personal care and hygiene due to physical difficulties, such as if they have suffered a stroke in the past, nurses will help them to complete the care. Respect is used by the nurses when carrying out this task by ensuring they are speaking kindly to the patient, ensuring they feel comfortable, and by receiving permission before performing any task. By gaining the patients permission, they will feel that they have a higher level of control of the care, will feel more respected, and they will begin to develop a trusting relationship with the nurses.
Maturity and change comes with age. Whether the change is due to certain events, or simply because that person has grown up and been exposed to the real world. That maturity comes from learning life lessons. Learning what is right from wrong and being exposed to new things. In Harper Lee’s
Acts of incivility can include discourteous or disdainful speech, public censure, character assassination, or lack of inclusion in patient care decisions (Lachman, 2014). Incivility, both lateral and hierarchal, has been found to occur at all levels of health care including academia and direct health care settings (Lachman, 2014). The prevalence of incivility in the health care work place is a disturbing problem. According to Nikstaitis and Simko (2014) 85% percent of nursing personnel report having experienced incivility in the workplace. Additionally, 39.6% state they intend to leave their place of work due to lateral violence (Nikstaitis & Simko, 2014). Incivility leads to an unhealthy work environment in which decreased morale and high nurse turn-over result in poor patient care and outcomes (McNamara, 2012). Lachman (2015) states that in addition to the effect on staff and patients, the cost of incivility is felt by the employer in cost of new staff training and in decreased insurance reimbursement due to poor patient outcomes and
Over the course of the semester, I have been assigned various writing projects, with the intention of strengthening my ability as a writer and my capability of completing collegiate writing assignments. I believe my writing ability has improved, which can be seen most significantly in my revision of my original unit one essay, and the improvement in the quality of the paper that followed (Unit Two Essay) I was able to rewrite my essay effectively, and the pieces that proceeded were superior to the first essay I had written for class. My original essay composed for unit one was completely muddled. Even looking past the measly one-page length of the essay, it’s contents did not complete the purpose of the assignment.
Staff dis. When someone is being rude/mean to a staff and they don't like it.
For me, driving a car, going to Europe, graduating, and having a job have all contributed to my maturity. I have to make life and death choices every day while driving, and my choices affect other’s lives- and that bring a lot of maturity. I went to Europe basically by myself, with no parent there to hold my hand. I had to make good choices, be safe and be mature while I was half way across the world from my parents. I am graduating this year as well. After this summer I am going to college, being a real “adult” and I will be able to make my own choices. Maturity will help me keep my head on straight while I am being my own boss. For the past two years I have held the same job. This job has taught me responsibility, how to deal with money and people and basic life skills. If I were not mature I would not be able to hold a job for that long.
- Dedication: Dedication plays a major part in being a staff member. I think this is a characteristic I have over other staff because I dedicate my time to the players on the server no matter the situation. I like to act fast when a player is in need of help whether that's in-game or in teamspeak.
According to Webster's dictionary, maturity is due care or consideration. There are many different kinds of maturity depending on what a person places their emphasis on. One type of maturity, intellectual, is caring about your personal well being. The level of one's intellectual maturity shows their ability to handle certain tasks set before them. A person who is considerate of others shows signs of social maturity. The ability to interact with others is necessary in order to function as part of this society. Different types of maturity can be independent of each other; you can have a high level of intellectual maturity and a low level of social maturity or vise versa. As you will see from e-mails of former students, levels vary greatly from one person to the next. Maturity is not only how you interact with others, but also how you manage your own responsibilities and affairs.
Respect is fundamental professional value for nurses and is shown through their behaviours (Koskenniemi, Leino-Kilpi & Suhonen 2012, p. 5). For medical professionals, by respecting each other, the frequency of sharing information increases. This significantly improves their collaboration and teamwork and consequently, they are able to provide effective health care services (DiCicco-Bloom & and DiCicco-Bloom 2016, p. 967). Research illustrates that respectful attitudes lead to the positive emotional relationship between nurses and their patients (Koskenniemi, Leino-Kilpi & Suhonen 2012, p. 6). Nurses can demonstrate their respect to their patients though certain types of behaviours: paying more attention to the patient needs, empathising, supporting
Maturity is a quality that is admirable for anyone, at any age to have. Perhaps that is because it has to be learned over time and is not something that one naturally has as a character trait. When I think of maturity, I usually think of adults who know how to conduct themselves. Adults are a symbol of maturity-- this goes back to the etymology of the word- which stems from the Latin word maturitas, maturitatis, f. In Latin, the word means ripeness, which would make sense because adults are fully developed. Although the literal meaning of maturity is within the realm of being fully developed, there is a more precise definition that would apply to the psychological and mental practice of what is maturity.
