Have you ever had the chance to experience true paradise? I have experienced mine recently at Cococay, Bahamas. Paradise is the state of pure happiness, a place of magnificent beauty, or the unimaginable delight it brings to anyone. Cococay was my paradise because the way it looked with its peaceful turquoise waters, the feeling of the toasted white sand between my toes, or simply the rhythmic sounds of the ocean breeze as it tunefully engulfed the beautiful island. Cococay is a charming little island, owned by Royal Caribbean. It's enclosed by the mellow turquoise waters. The people were frying like lobsters as the boiling hot sun just ate them alive, while trying to tan. Kids were snorkeling the marvelous reefs in the crystal clear water enjoying themselves. The birds frantically soaring slowly above trying to swoop down and swiftly steal people’s food every chance they could. The iguanas and lizards observed the exciting pedestrians curiously , and minding their own business. The giant vivid green palm trees swaying side to side with it’s fan like branches, in sync with the gentle wind. The pure white sand reflected as it met the calm rushing sea , to take it back under. Bartenders at the huts made tropical, refreshing, and tasty drinks like pina coladas, margaritas, and coconut drinks. People holding …show more content…
out money desperately to buy a cool drink to refresh themselves. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The skin-tingling feel of the refreshing water is like being dehydrated and reaching for that first tongue dip of water.
The gleaming sun is an orange on fire waiting to be picked. The silky, smooth sand that gushes between the toes, just soothes and warms anyone’s body. That incredible moment of the salty ocean breeze cooling the sweat right of hot pedestrians. The gorgeous palm trees spread about chasing people to give them relief and joy as they lay in the comforting hammocks to relax in peace. The pina-coladas spread through the body and refresh people with their cool and creamy substance that slowly soothes anyone’s throat. The experience is one of a
kind. The pleasant sound of the calm fast moving ripples as they finally reach shore sounds like music that makes anyone want to keep it on repeat. Seagulls spread about in the cloudless, clear, and bright blue sky yelling “Feed me, feed me, feed me” above the annoyed pedestrians trying to enjoy their scrumptious and appetizing food. The bright colored, wet, luminous and incredible fish underneath people while they're snorkeling is like perfectly painted and placed next to the mysterious brown rocks and the tropical coral reefs. They glide, dance, and splash through the water which brings relief to people’s ears. Listen closely and anyone can hear the ocean breeze as it makes it way up and down, left and right, and beyond the whole island. That glorious way the palm trees whistle with delight back and forth. The sizzling and popping sound of the grease cooking the delicious foods. Loud children are amused and exploring all the possible places to go. The sounds of paradise will make anyone never want to leave. Paradise at Cococay is where anyone will find joy, delight, and be content with life. Anyone will truly discover and enjoy themselves with the sight, touch, and the wonderful sounds of Cococay. The bright colors of the mysterious island will make anyone feel pure joy. The warmth of the sun will make anyone glow with a unique radiance. The distinct sound of the rippling tides will make anyone feel sad when it's time to leave. Discover and find paradise and keep the memories to cherish, and to experience true paradise.
First, Cancun has gorgeous hotels. The architecture of one representative hotel is fabulous. Walking into the entrance of the hotel is like walking through a breezeway because there are no doors. Upon entering, the visitor is mesmerized by the colossal tropical floral arrangement that’s so stunning and full of vibrant color that her mouth drops in awe. Soon, she realizes, after the initial shock, that she is walking on marble floors that look like mirrors reflecting rays of dancing light. Indoor waterfalls accompanied with lavish foliage engulf her; every sense is stimulated. Happily greeted and escorted to her hotel room, she is delighted to see that the hotel’s beauty continues throughout every part of it. Posh describes the room exactly. The bathroom floors, counters, and the shower walls are polished stone, native to Mexico. Surprised, she looks over the balcony to see the S-shaped pool with a floating bar and the bar’s roof covered in bamboo. Walking through the hotel lobby, through the fresh gardens, through the pathway to the pool are picture-perfect peacocks flaunting their beauty, and, indeed, they are very beautiful. Every minute detail of the Grand Hotel is designed to give her an unf...
“The palms that stood made a green roof, covered on the underside with a quivering tangle of reflections from the lagoon...It was clear to the bottom and bright with the efflorescence of tropical weed and coral. A school of tiny, glittering fish flicked hither and thither.” (p.12)
If I had a ticket to travel anywhere, I would go to Grand Bahamas. It is the northernmost island of the Bahamas. It’s well known for their beaches. People can swimming with dolphins, and there’s many annual festivals and local events. I want to go to Grand Bahamas because it’s an adventurous place.
I am so eager to finally get to take a desired vacation, but the question is where do I want to go? When I begin to examine which vacation would be my favorite, I narrow my options down to two cities. The two cities that I am eager to visit are Nassau, Bahamas and Paris, France. I really delight in going to the beach and relaxing by the ocean, but I also think I would be ecstatic about site seeing in Paris. There are many interesting details to each city that will make choosing a vacation that will be my favorite. Nassau, Bahamas is overall my pick vacation over Paris, France because it has more excursions, better food, and cheaper prices.
“It’s Better In The Bahamas”. This slogan advertises throughout the world to attract tourist. Is it really better in the Bahamas? Many articles on television and in the news paper address the issues in the Bahamian society. While many pay no attention to this dilemma, many Bahamians live in constants fear. Miss Bijoux a single parent lost her job two months ago. One night she lay down on her bed thinking of all the possibilities of obtaining a job. Deep in thought how is she going to care for her children, and how is she going to help her twelve year old pregnant daughter? Lost to the world her phone rings, hello she said the caller answer hi, is this Bijoux residence? I am calling from PMH (Princess Margaret Hospital). Mrs. Bijoux drop the phone and runs to her children’s rooms. When she reaches to her son’s room he was not there, she kneel down on the floor and recites a prayer “Lord please let my son be okay”. Immediately, she calls her family to pick her up and drive her to the Hospital. When she arrives at the hospital she saw her lifeless son on the ventilator in pulmonary distress with blood stains over his clothes. Without shedding a tear, she waited patiently for good news. Unfortunately, her son expires three hours later. Mrs. Bijoux is a victim of a drive by shooting in Nassau Village. While the Bahamas is battling against the economic crisis, the three major issues in the Bahamian society are crimes, unemployment and sexual abuse.

Everyone has a spot where they go to get away from daily routine and all the troubles of life. There is always one place that can bring peace and relaxation to your soul that will relieve all the stress. When I was in Puerto Rico, all the traces of my commitments were temporarily erased. My trip to the island was the best vacation I have ever had.
Have you ever been to Barbados? Barbados has been known as a popular vacation spot located among of the many islands in the Caribbean. The island offers a variety of activities you can pick, you can go sightseeing, snorkeling, or even have a romantic getaway. Various Amerindian civilizations have flourished in Barbados. Barbadians have traits similar to the slaves that were brought there years ago. The island became so popular that settlers from Europe became attracted to the island more so than the mainland colonies. Barrow played a significant role in getting Barbados the freedom that it deserved. Although Britain forced slavery on the people of Barbados for many years, they ultimately helped the country
It was a hot summer day, the sun floundering every terrace with its burning waves. I was with Sam, at his terrace, playing with those plastic tubes that spread water everywhere as we squeeze them. It was among the happiest moments of my summer vacation, which was not that long, for it was only two Sundays a month, the rest was at the daunting and exhausting mill of my master or patron.
While for some, the Keys and the cunning Caribbean attract all dreams of travel... for others, the vast array of possibilities and distance draw them to the Mediterranean frontier. The four main islands of Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca and Formentera of the Balearic have always been popular destinations for a flood of thrill, party, and privacy seekers alike but with a plethora of so many other islands and inlets to explore, plus pristine anchorages and sandy beaches accessible all year round it is worth setting aside a few days or weeks of your itinerary to venture into the great albeit lesser-trodden courses. You'd be surprised what stunning locations remain locked to secrecy even to today! Why would someone reveal paradise when they find it! We have the tools to allow you to be the surveyor of the next great paradise. Not only that but we strive to make even lengthy charters affordable to those with a desire for the next level of vacationing bliss. I'm not sure any level of depression could survive in such a hospitable environment as waking up on your yacht in the damn Mediterranean! Surreal!
The resort was a peaceful shelter in the midst of Californian allure. The striking coastal views and luxuriously appointed vials are the eloquent declarations of distinctive taste. The resort was full of amenities like spa, sauna, pool, bar lounge, hot tubs, beachside sports, Boat Mariana, scuba diving I have spent these 7 days exactly in the way I have thought.
Once we arrived there, I can remember the brisk breeze blowing against my face. I could see the cheerful sun rising and greeting everything it could touch with its rays. The air smells like Spring time fresh grass and crisp lake water. I could hear the leaves shaking and the loud whistling of the wind. The peaceful lake was like a mirror reflecting everything it saw.
Many of us live busy and on-the-go lives. One day being more busy than the last. Have you ever had a really stressful day at work or school? The kind of day where you can just picture yourself on a breathtaking shoreline? Some of my favorite memories I’ve had, happened at the beach. When we see the word beach, we often think brownish sand and salty, dark blue ocean water. Which is incomparable to the beaches of the Bahamas! Those would be the picture perfect ones like you would see in a magazine! One place I have always wanted to visit is the Bahamas. At this astonishing place I can eat fresh seafood, explore the underwater world by snorkeling, and see the unique pink sand.
A warm June breeze hits the densely packed crowd, positioned prostrate on damp ocean blue beach chairs as the harmful rays of the summer sun pour down onto pale backs of the shirtless people. Loud music blasts out of multiple speakers by the pool and sounds loud enough to knock you over if you get close enough. A positive vibe can be felt amongst all the people as we are all anxious to reach our destination. Loud footsteps can be heard as there seems to be a rush towards the shade where the refreshments are located. Occasional gusts of wind nudge sunglasses out of position and cause a chase down of runaway hats. When the ocean breeze is not too strong, peace is being enjoyed by the people. No stress can be felt by anyone. The scent of the salty ocean water climbs into my nostrils with each breeze that passes along the aroma of ice cream from the kids who
