Most people would look at these song lyrics and just think “oh well it's just a song”, but it's not, it's more than that, certain rap songs can be very hurtful and mean towards people especially woman. Looking at the other side of it, there are a lot of rap songs that are portraying good messages to people. “I took my bruises, I took my lumps, fell down and got right back up” famous lyrics by Eminem. These rap songs portray good and bad things, it just depends on how you look at it. Taking a look at this article, we will look at “How Hip-Hop/Rap music is influencing today's young listeners”, and we will be looking at the good and bad sides of rap music.
