The Trusted Authority You only become the trusted authority….through hard tested trials and that the (T.A) comes through on each one of them. In the mentee mind and others through “word of mouth” he or she is perceived to be considered the trusted authority. By being consisted and continuously coming through as planned, they become reliable and trusted. You can count on them to be there to give you that three minutes burst of positive self regard, the Bundini moment. How does one distinguish the trusted authority over other “want to be’s”? The “want to be’s” frequently is unaware, uninformed about critical information. The audience that they gather or members that they instruct are provided incomplete information. “The want of be’s” doesn’t have the answer nor do they have the questions. They are easily perceived and consider pretenders. They have a lot of flutter but they are lacking flack and the authority to be trusted consistently. The trusted authority has the facts, they are confident, often studying there trade. They seek consultation and they have resources that they use as needed.
