Americans and people around the world may wonder what caused President Bill Clinton to improve the economy in the United States of America, and actually work hard, be persistent, and have courage in the face of adversity. The majority of the American people would have thought that recently elected President Bill Clinton would have not been a “people’s president” and just wanted to be elected president to gain power, and get rich; but they were completely wrong. On the other hand, as soon as president Bill Clinton and Vice President Al Gore were elected into office, they immediately launched their economic strategy, which was split into three sections. The first section contained, “establishing fiscal discipline eliminating the budget deficit and keeping interest rates low”. Equally important, the second section included, “investing in people through education, training, science, and
During John F. Kennedy’s political campaign, there were many issues present that the candidate had to address: there was tension due to the communist threat, tension among American citizens due to the Civil Rights movement, and a recent recession that was very sluggish in recovering. Relating to these issues President Kennedy’s slogan was “getting America moving again”; these topics are addressed in a fast and effective manner in his minute-long television ad that was endorsed by the group: Citizens for Kennedy-Johnson. This ad was the best way to reinforce President Kennedy’s stance on the emergence of a new frontier. He was able to depict himself as a man of change and new beginnings due to his fresh perspective and young age which was a

Kennedy made a remarkable and courageous effort during the campaign of 1960. Thus, Kennedy created a campaign specifically for his time, one that appealed to the
Clinton repeats the words “If women” followed by “will” (Clinton), this gives the audience a reason to accept her propositions. Good outcomes come with good actions. When she concluded her speech, Hillary kept using the repetition of the words dignity, respect, family and children. Clinton’s credibility is not questioned when she says she has been working in the case, “Over the past 25 years, I have worked persistently on issues relating to women, children, and families” (Clinton) this is the way she knows about women and their necessities, “I’ve had the opportunity to learn more about the challenges facing women in my country and around the world” (Clinton). Her goal is definite, “To strengthen families and societies by empowering women to take greater control over their own destinies”( Clinton). This change will not only affect women, but everyone who surrounds them.
President Obama, in his 2013 State of the Union Address, describes how the issues in education, job creation, new technologies, and environmentalism are crucial in the growth and development of our economy. His purpose is to urge members of Congress and Americans to help reform our government to ensure that those who work hard are able to succeed. Speaking with an authoritative voice, he persuades his audience that although things are going better than before, changes still need to be made to continue to improve the American way of life.
Only the Democratic Party is prepared to guide America towards this future. Under the watchful guidance of President Bill Clinton and the Democratic Party, America is finally moving in the right direction. In 1996, we, the Democratic Party, adopted and enacted a platform that reinvigorated the American spirit of opportunity, responsibility, and community within our national character. Along with the hard work and determination of the American public, this nation has achieved an unprecedented level of prosperity. Currently, the American economy is on a record-setting pace that is continuously strengthening our economic security.

In the midst of one of the most controversial presidential elections in history, both political parties are struggling to prove that their candidate is the best choice. Clinton and Trump’s disapproval ratings are very low, but one has to ask, is there really a lesser evil to choose from? While Clinton has had her own fair share of past discrepancies, Trump’s track record proves much more troublesome. Donald Trump has proven to be an untrustworthy presidential candidate because of his misogynistic actions, his racial bias, and his corrupt business history.

The stand against sexual harassment and workplace inequality has finally made its way to the music industry last night at the 60th annual Grammy Awards. A white rose was worn by many of the A-list celebrities at the show. Much like the black outfits from the Golden Globes this year, the rose stood for the #MeToo movement. #MeToo is a part of the Time’s Up campaign that was started by more than 300 powerful figures in Hollywood that are fighting for workplace equality and ending sexual harassment. An essential part of a public relations campaign is to ensure that the campaign has the overall affect of managing information to the publics (Boundless Business 2016). A Public relations campaign is a way to build and transfer a specific message or image towards the public (Wilcox et al. 2013). The Edge of Nowhere Foundation (EON) campaign can be classified as a Public Relations campaign because its overall goal is to increase awareness across the nation. EON is already a professionally managed organization in WA, but it needs a new campaign to become a national one. The campaign was attempting to address the issue of the extremely poor health conditions faced by Aboriginal children in remote areas. The Edge of Nowhere foundation campaign will aim to deliver its overall goal within the time frame of one year. EON’s

This sub-intervention sought to make changes specifically in schools, due to large amount of time children spend at school, an average of six to seven hours a day (SHAPE America, 2015). In America 17 percent of all youth, ages 2 – 19,
There are many steps in running for president. Running for president is said to be one of the longest campaigns. Running for President consists of mainly two different parties and which consist of: the presidential primary campaign and the general electoral campaign that follow the party’s national convention. Generally both campaigns take place within the first 10 months of the election year. The primary campaign was mainly used for opening the nomination process to ordinary party members and to delay and postpone the influence of party bosses. During this time there is a process where the candidates go through a “beauty contest” where they are competing for popular votes; however the “popular” votes do not have
