The skill im very talented in is playing baseball. I'm pretty good at playing
baseball because i love the sport i'm willing to play any position in the sport. I'm
able to play many positions in this sport because I know every position in this
game of baseball. My main position would be either second-base or shortstop
A.K.A the middle infield. This game is in my blood been playing since I was about
three or four years old.
I'm very talented at playing baseball because I know how to field the ball
on the field. I am able to throw very hard and pretty accurate to any base either
pitching or getting someone out on the bases. I am also a decent batter I am
able to bunt or hit the ball where I choose to well
at least close to the spot I try to make the ball go. Baseball means a lot to me to be honest I love playing this sport I prefer to watch this sport that I'm good at then watch other people play and me talking to myself saying I would've gone a different way or what not. I get very irritated when I be watching others play baseball because I know a lot about this sport that I like teaching and telling people or helping people how to actually throw the ball or hit the ball and how to stand in the batters box. And I also learn from watching other people play to see and help myself be better than I am, to actually make myself the best in the world be the number one. Learning and teaching the skills I have or the skills someone else has to teach me or me teaching them to make them better and make me better at the sport of baseball.
The curveball was based on a spinning clamshell that curved across the water on a Brooklyn Beach (Fleitz, D). A curveball may not be the easiest thing to learn, but after you learn it you will never forget how to throw it. First you need to get a grip on the ball and rest your pinkie and ring finger beside the ball, this is for support and the spin. Plan on releasing the ball aiming at the catchers mask (Kendrick, S). Secondly you should wind up the same as if you were throwing a fastball. Your palm should be facing first base as the ball goes over your head. Keep your wrist cocked and rotated toward your body. Finally you want to keep your elbow up and turn your wrist, then snap your wrist down as you release the ball. The learning process will be a lot easier and quicker if you have a good coach that can help you if you can't get a motion down.
Many people might think that swinging the bat straight through the ball would be enough to hit the ball a decent distance off the bat. There's many more mechanics involved in the swinging process. Muscle has only a small part to play in the swinging a bat for power. There are two types of mechanics involved while swinging a bat, Linear and Rotational. Rotational mechanics are the dominant source of power in the swing. Out of the rotational mechanics come the two forces that help generate the speed and power of the swing, torque and the other comes from the energy of rotation. Speed from the energy of rotation comes from the path that your hands follow as you swing the bat. The speed generated by the circular rotation from your hands is like a ball at the end of a string, as long as your hands are moving in a circle then the ball continues to accelerate in a circle. So the bat will also move in at an increasing speed as long as your hands are following a circular path as you swing. Any foward movement of the hands or body in a straight line won't add to the overall bat speed.
Just remember these steps, and with a little bit of practice you could be a good pitcher in no time.
As the catcher of a team one has a chance to be the captain of the field.
Right now in America, the world of sports is constantly changing and growing to make the sports safer and fairer. People want sports to be as exciting and thrilling as before, but without the human error that may turn some baseball fans away. Along with this fear, people also want every sport to be as fair as possible, and by doing this most sports have incorporated an instant replay rule. This spring will be the first that the review rule will be in effect, it is a radical decision and game changing because baseballs history is so rich and its structured has not been changed in so long. These changes are not without skepticism though because people believe that the game has been so successful and before being “fair” was not the biggest priority of the game. By adding this rule, baseball’s fairness will be protected in a way it was not previously, but this set of rules is not without skepticism by people who believe there is nothing wrong with the game now.
A person that would like to play professional ball will choose baseball because there is a professional big league, such as the St. Louis Cardinals, but in softball that opportunity is not available. Baseball is played on more levels than softball. It is played on the professional, international, Olympic, college, high school, and little league levels. If a player is fortunate enough to make it to the professional level, he can make millions of dollars.
When you strike a bat against a ball it sends vibrations, much like the vibrations acting on airplanes or bridges, which travel in waves through the bat. This motion is important to understand because every vibration the bat experiences takes energy away from the ball's speed as it leaves the bat.
Baseball is a fascinating sport that is exceptionally fun to play. This assignment is all about understanding the physics of a few key aspects of this sport. One might ask what physics could have to do with baseball? Like most sports baseball involves physical motion. Baseball encompasses all three planes of motion through throwing, hitting, and fielding. All of the classical laws of mechanics can be applied to understand the physics of this game.
Now if you're anything like me, you know that when you start a sport for the first time. You have questions like my first question, “what in the world is softball”. Well now that I am a”softball”player I can tell you all there is to know about softball. Softball is a game between two teams with two sections to the field in field and outfield. There is the pitcher, the catcher, 1st,2nd,and3rd baseman, shortstop, and left, right, and center field.
The most important part of being a good pitcher is throwing strikes. With out that you will not be able to get hitters out and you will walk everyone. To throw strikes you have to have a good wind up and delivery. After you have your fastball mastered you can begin to throw different pitches such as a curveball, change up, or slider.

Baseball has been a part of me for quite a while now. I have done something baseball related each week for the past several years. It has really changed what I like to do in my spare time, and it also had changed my priorities. This was the first sport I would have played, and I haven’t played a different sport since the start of me playing Baseball. There were and still are so many ways baseball has changed my life.

One position outfield is center and that is a more complex position for several reasons. You have to back up second or shortstop when trying to get the runner out when they are running to second. You also have to ready for popflies, balls that go high up in the air then come back straight down, so you have to be alert and have a good eye. Finally you have to be paying attention otherwise and ball can fall right in front of you and your not ready to catch it or a grounder, a ball that rolls on the ground, may go past you.
Secondly, I am dedicated. When I say dedicated, I actually mean that I push myself to limits higher than you can imagine. I am dedicated to baseball, I am willing to do everything I can to play professional. I spend five days out of the week working out, making sure
