The danger of dependency is that it can lead to negative addictions and weakens and destroy personal life if it turns to be in the negative side and if positive it the opposite. The progress will delay and can become habituated.
Positive dependency Vs. Negative dependency

The outcome of behavior cannot be always as to our expectation it can be of positive response as well as negative, here below are some few points of differences;

During the school day many support staff will connect with pupils and they can model positive behaviour and send positive message to pupils.
Addiction is the result of a gradual accretion of neurological tendencies based upon the ingestion of a particular substance or the taking of a particular action. It is cumulative, building over time, and varies in strength from individual to individual based on their own abilities to exercise willpower over themselves and their actions. Some people become addicted more easily than others. In the end, addiction is the result of a series of choices made by the individual. These choices usually have a massive impact upon the life of the person, modifying their friendships, family life, professional life and psychological/spiritual well being. The cumulative aspect of addiction is built up by an individual willfully choosing to either not see the direction they are heading in or to not take action even though they sense themselves following the path of an addict. Some kind of deterioration in their life is bound to take place, and willful ignorance is all that could keep one from noticing that. Likewise, addiction can he helped and cured by an individual choosing to do something different, to adjust their habitual reliance on a specific substance or action for pleasure or escape or whatever quality they are searching for. Only the individual can make that choice, but once they have made that choice other people and institutions can help them.
It is rare to find one behavioral intervention that addresses the function of a problem behavior in each situation and setting. Positive behavioral support strategies should therefore include multicomponent intervention plans. Begin by developing a hypothesis regarding the undesirable behavior. The hypothesis statement is a summary of the evidence collected in the functional assessment.
Anything psychological is understood to relate specifically to the mind and thinking. But this doesn't necessarily mean that psychological dependency is a set of thought processes or is even thought about at all. In fact I feel that this dependency is mostly subconscious and not a set of thought processes. "Marijuana, ...
Negative employees affect everyone that they encounter throughout the day. A negative employee is sometimes caused by something temporary in the workplace, such as budget cuts or workload increases. Also, hours can temporarily change because of holidays and the location can change due to disaster or remodeling. All of these examples may cause an inconvenience for an employee and they may react negatively to it. Negativity can also evolve slowly over time without reason. Negativity is contagious and may even affect positive employees. A way for anyone to avoid being negative is to “jump-start” their day and make sure they are being positive. If an employee comes in positive, it can cause everyone around them to be positive. If there is negativity going on in the workplace, it shouldn’t be avoided; it should be fixed. Negativity needs to be addressed so that a way to fix it can be established. Whenever an employee that is usually negative does something positive, praise them. Employees may also not enjoy their job due to not having any friend...
Personality is an individual’s characteristic pattern of thinking, feeling, and acting (Myers, 2014). Depending on the person’s personality, some people are more inclined than others to become a drug addict. However, the addictive personality is a serious psychological Trait- a characteristic pattern of behavior or a disposition to feel and act, as asserted by self-report inventories and peer reports (Myers, 2014)- that develops due to environmental factors and circumstances. For example, people who smoke marijuana every night, after a hard day of work to relax or a person who works hard all the day to make money, but then, spends all of it in bets. Those examples can be considered as addictive personality signals. Without noticing, those people create and increase a self-destructive compulsive behavior. Personality of drug addicts is be based on different cycles and types of addiction, such as shoplifting, bets, pornography, alcohol, drugs and simple things as eating chocolate. Human beings are an interesting group of living beings because each person differs from another, which can be challenging and exciting at the same time for a psychological approach. Not only an individual’s personality characteristics differ, but also, the individual 's ability to react in certain situations. For example, when someone becomes addicted, is hard to predict when the person will lose her self-control. The reason is that, the person’s personality can change drastically depending on the substances of the drug that the person it’s
Temptation: Everyone faces temptation in his life, while few are able to resist temptation, others are taken over by the influential power it possess. The power of temptation causes one to oversee the evil and be consumed by the good because addiction exerts a long and powerful influence over one. When taken over by temptation, one craves for the object of addiction, losses of control over its use, and continues involvement with it despite adverse consequences. Those who are unable to resist the temptation become dominated by the object while others see the evil that the object holds. People become addicted to anything that gives them temporary relief, but has negative consequences that one cannot foresee because of the power of the addiction.
Positive reinforcement is a method of presenting to children the appropriate behavior from the inappropriate behaviors. This is done by pointing out the correct behavior and giving some form of encouraging reward. The idea is that all behaviors
Different people describe the word ‘personality’ differently. Martin et al. (2010,p.610) describes personality as a “particular pattern of behavior and thinking that prevails across time and situations, and differentiates one person from another”. According to Mullins and Christy (2013,p.136), they explain that Personality may be perceived as “consisting of stable characteristics that explains why an individual behaves a certain way. Independence, conscientiousness, agreeableness and self-control are all examples of personality characteristics”. Mullins and Christy (2013, p.136) further explain that we can only identify and understand a person’s personality from listening, watching and observing them. For instance, an independent person may show independence characteristic by demonstrating a strong sense of self-sufficiency. It would be expected that this individual would not be dependable on other people around him and if this is established, it can support the characteristic being a consistent part of the person’s behavior. Individuals are therefore generally consistent in the way they respond to situations. At...
Staff behaviors control the performance and capabilities of an organization. Most workers display productive or counterproductive productive behaviors that have effect on workers, clients, and programs. The ability to control these behaviors is a necessary part of delivering exceptional services. Many workers automatically adopt behaviors that fit in with the best interest of the organization. Although these behaviors are common, some employees fail to follow order and create havoc for others around them. Productive behavior allows workers to perform daily functions whereas counterproductive behaviors develop issues that are costly. Good behavior contributes to goals and objectives set by the organization (Britt & Jex, 2008).
In the United States 20% of the adult population report that they are living a flourishing life (Keyes, 2002). However, a high percentage reports feeling as if they are ‘‘stuck’’ or ‘‘want more’’ and are yet not diagnosable with a mental disorder (Fredrickson, 2008). Because happiness has been found to be the source of many desirable life outcomes e.g. career success, marriage, and health, it is of importance to understand, how languishing individuals can reach this ideal state: How can well-being be enhanced and misery reduced (Lyubomirsky, King, & Diener, 2005). Over the past decade, research in the field of positive psychology has emerged to provide evidence-based methods to increase an individual’s psychological well-being, through so called positive psychology interventions (PPI’s). PPI’s are treatment methods or intentional activities used to promote positive feelings or behaviour. PPI’s vary from writing gratitude letters, practicing optimistic thinking and replaying positive experiences. A meta-analysis of 51 independent PPI studies demonstrated significant results in the effectiveness of PPI’s increasing well-being (49 studies; r = .29) (Sin & Lyubomirsky, 2009).
The utilization of positive reinforcement is a possible technique for enhancing students’ behavior for a variety of school conditions for individual and as well as for the group of students (Wheatley, et al., 2009).

The goal of nearly every company or organization is to motivate those involved towards a unified vision and or goal. When an organization is able to identify the major individual variables that influence work behavior, they can offer an atmosphere that is healthy. Typically, all organizations experience the direct relationship between job satisfaction, and performance. In an effort to maximize the performance of staff within a system it is important to develop an optimal interpersonal chemistry. In order to be most effective, leaders in an organization must have a clear understanding of their employees,
One of the main courses of this semester was to learn various organizational behaviors that are conducted in real business environment. By learning this course, we could understand our future colleagues and ourselves better. Throughout the semester, every week Ashley Hughes gave us an interesting lecture about different topics of oranisational behaviors. Along with the weekly lectures we also had a group presentation that gave us the opportunity to apply the lessons and techniques learnt in our professional and personal lives.During the course of this semester, Organizational Behavior has highlighted numerous topics, which concentrated on investigating the impact that individuals, groups and structures have on behavior within an organization and how their behaviour affect the performance of the organizations for the purpose of applying such technique towards improving an individual’s or an organization's working effectiveness (Jontymagicman, 2012). In this reflection paper, I will discuss the essential areas of organizational behavior: the influence of motivation, managing change and individual learning at an organization.
