Throughout this process it is important to determine the purpose, develop a group, and to determine the data that is requires you to identify the sources that are involved in internal data sources such as forming work groups, strategic planning and identifying data that is required for planning. All of these components make up a successful pilot program.
The impact of standard in implementing the pilot curriculum goals are to ensures operation and maintenance of safe, orderly and learning environment throughout standard and alternative schools. By implementing this will give clarity to the state guideline and represent the initial stages in addressing challenges of many Alternative Learning Programs and used as operational resource of standards for implementing and evaluating
ALPS. By using the pilot curriculum in an alternative setting will give advantages with using modified guidelines and focus on the unique setting and populations provided for students that are placed at risk. For these students there standard will consists of standards based on the following information. a. Feedback based on an alternative assessment given by a faculty member b. Some of the “implementation features may need to be adjusted to accommodate the high school context” (Flannery & Sugai, 2009, p.18).Some examples of those areas include “organizational differences, variations in purpose, development considerations, competing initiatives and priorities” (Flannery & Sugai, p.18).At this level it requires more time to correctly implement the system, and requires attention in areas beyond those at the elementary and middle school levels. Those important areas of implementation can be “facilitated by attending to educationally important outcomes for students, data for decision making, evidence-based practices, and active and formal support systems for implementation integrity” (Flannery & Sugai, p.18). The BPSS should be “linked to outcomes that are important to the high school mission” (Flannery & Sugai, p. 18). Where high school greatly differs from elementary and middle school is the “emphasis on postsecondary outcomes”, such as “dropout prevention, diploma achievement, career planning, etc.” (Flannery & Sugai,

A strategic plan is a tool that delivers guidance in achieving a mission or goal with maximum proficiency and control for an organization. Strategic planning is used to transform and revitalize organizations. The plan helps provide an inclusive understanding of opportunities and challenges both internally and externally for the organization. The plan delivers an assessment of the strengths and limitations that are realistic within the company. A well-developed strategic plan will offer a comprehensive approach and empowerment for the stakeholders involved. It is an opportunity for learning and understanding priorities that will drive the business to succeed. Jones (2010), describes how in health care organizations, strategic plans characteristically concentrate on operational and organizational goals such as when to obtain new technology, how to meet competitive challenges, and what staffing, tools, or facilities are needed to ensure organizational survival. The mission and value statements are significant in determining the quality of a strategic initiative. Forcing the organization to look toward the future creates proactive objectives in which both short-term and long-terms plans and goals are necessary in order to succeed.
Discerning the context to the program that you want to explore, and allow people who will be involved with the program, to think about my own organization, and its needs and expectations for the program. It is very important to catch the attention of the organizations that you want to operate for a long time. Keeping people focus on what they are involved in is a major concern. Program planner have to work hard to carry out the context of the program to be able to keep the interest of people. Making that the facets of the program meaningful, learning, and being consistence. New directors may have to make changes after they have taken on a new position. Every culture has a unique way of learning preferences that relates to their organization.
Indicators of effective curriculum that my program will align to are: children are active and engaged and curriculum builds on prior learning and experiences. Through the use of the hands-on activities, physical education and relevant material, students will be able to be active and engaged during their time at my program. With various means of communication with parents and collaboration with other educators, children in my program will be able to build on prior learning and experiences. Taking what they know and have recently learned and building on that will ensure children fully grasp concepts and understating of what they are being
Classrooms, and cafeteria time. The goals of school-based practitioners are to help children fulfil their roles as students and to prepare them for college, careers, and community integration. There are different types of strategic planning that are currently in use, since this is a widely debated area of management. However, it is concluded that there are two main schools of thought, the prescriptive approach or the emergent approach (Lynch, 2012). In conclusion, by selecting an authentic evaluation plan and evaluation questions will bring about consideration to the framework of the program, stakeholders and community members. This will in turn create trust with all parties involved in the evaluation process. The trust build will enable the evaluator to conduct an evaluation that depicts on the understanding and capabilities of all stakeholders. This process will also allow for the evaluation strategy to support the goals and outcomes of the program and will also evaluate the programs strengths and weaknesses. The evaluation of the program will indicate what changes and improvements are necessary in the program. The evaluation plan is the blueprint as to what will be conducted.
Planning can be used to help the organization map out a way to efficiently achieve their goals. The beginning of the planning process should include analyzing of the current situation. From this information the company can determine the goals and start to outline the steps that need to be taken to ensure that the goal will be met. Other planning activities that should be completed are determining the company’s objectives and were they want to be in the future. This will help them to choose their business objectives and strategies. In addition, the company should look at the resources that they have available and determine if they are sufficient to achieve the organizations goals.
The basic strategic planning process includes: 1. Identify your purpose (articulate mission and vision); 2. Assess the Situation; 3. Develop Strategies, Goals, and Objectives; 4. Identify specific approaches or strategies that must be implemented to reach each goal; 5. Identify specific action plans to implement each strategy, and 6. Monitor and update the plan.
The four steps that lead managers and the firm through the strategic planning process are first defining the company’s mission, then setting objectives and goals, next designing a business portfolio and lastly developing functional plans. The first step involves focusing on consumers’ needs and wants. Setting forth a market oriented mission that organizations want to reach based on consumers of the environment. After finding the mission, organizations then proceed to put together supportive objectives for every level of management to help achieve its mission. Next the company has to design a business portfolio evaluating all of its current business and future business by coming up with
