Introduction
Do you want to better your stamina to something better? Many people want to become better in there stamina but they are not willing to sacrifice time,effort,and commitment to do it.Thats why I wrote this paper because I’m one them people.I didn't take the time,effort,and commitment to become better in my stamina.Until now when Mrs.Griggs gave us this project I took this as advantage and motivation to better my stamina and I’m getting a grade for it. So I made a goal for myself increase my stamina in 100 days.That was it that was my title to my capstone “How to increase my stamina and endurance in 100 days”. Lets go and find out how did I do it.
What is Stamina
Stamina is really a continuing to do something over a long period of time ; power of sustained.Stamina can be described as a physical as well as a mental trait. Physical stamina is considered to be one of several fitness components used to evaluate health and fitness levels. This component is identified by several terms; among them is physical stamina which comprises cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Stamina, or endurance, is a key component in achieving improved fitness levels and decreasing the risk of heart problems. Physical stamina levels can be increased through physical activity.
Physical stamina can refer to the ability of your heart and lungs to function during high-intensity activities. Your heart and lungs supply increased amounts of blood and oxygen to meet the demands of prolonged physical activity. For example, when faced with a situation that makes one feel like giving up, instead of giving up, you find another way of tackling the problem. Sleep is important for many reasons. Nothing can replace a good night of sleep, not even any pills or vitamins. We all have a internal body clock which makes us feel sleepy throughout the day. Our internal body clock controls the "circadian rhythms" in our bodies. These "circadian rhythms" are what let our bodies know when we are sleepy and it also tells us when we suppose to be awake. Can’t stay fit if one doesn’t put forth any effort physical fitness requires physical exercise. But in everyday life one has to do some sort of physical exercise it varies from picking up boxes to walking up and down stairs all day. This is because sleep loss doesn’t allow the body to get all of the necessary rest it needs. Each day a person gets less sleep, is further they fall behind on sleep. In another article, Gretchen Rubin explained how she feels like her mornings are a lot less hectic by getting up earlier. She stated that “I love the light, and the quiet, and the sense of focus and freedom from interruption that she has during that hour” (Be happier-wake up earlier).
