This quote states the importance of physical fitness. Physical fitness is an important step for a clear mind, and a more creative mind. Not only does it form a defined body, exercise brings happiness, and is a quick and cheap way to release stress. Stress is a gigantic killer in present time, and the only known truth for relieving stress is exercise. Everyone has that dream body that they would love to have, but not many people take the time out of their day to do a couple of exercises. Exercise varies from heavy lifting, jogging, or even just taking a simple walk around the neighborhood. Any amount of exercise whether it’s continuous, or maybe a weekly thing will benefit you in a plethora amount of ways.
How many Americans can claim that they exercise daily? According to (Bill Hendricks) of (WEBMD). He states: “More Americans are eating poorly. They’re getting less exercise which results in fat being built.” Continuous poor eating can bring you to a certain stage which is called “The Obesity Stage”. A majority of Americans are trapped in the Obesity Stage, because they fail to get the amount of exercise needed daily to even out with the calories taken in each day. Increased range of motion is important because, it helps you have better stability, and balance. The main activity that can help your balance is stretching. The reduction of stress is important, because stress can kill. The more you stress, the faster you die. Stretching is a good way to strengthen the lower back muscles, and help you from getting any back injuries. Exercising is important in the present time for a plethora of reasons. It helps you reduce the chance of getting diseases, helps you lower stress, and body fat, and it gives you an extra boost of confidence that everyone needs.
