During difficult times, who do you look up to for help? Well if it was me, I would look up to a great leader. Everyone wants to be a great leader but a plethora of people don’t know that it takes a whole lot more than money. To become a great leader, one must earn the position, have leadership characteristics, and must be able to be in charge. The most important aspect of being a great leader is that it is earned and it will not be given to you. Great leaders respect others. They respect others because it will pave a way for earning others trust. True leaders will respect everyone’s opinions no matter how ridiculous it sounds.
