A. When my parents got divorced, I felt alone, and having my dogs there comforted me.
B.: Studies have shown how having a pet has many benefits. These benefits affect the life of a human. Pets can help with many issues or to comfort.
C.: Pets help reduce loneliness, lower stress, which both can lead to mental health issues, and help people become physically and socially active.
II. :A pet can reduce loneliness, which can then reduce the risk of evolving certain mental health issues.

There are many advantages to having a dog as a pet to help mental health. When one does not want to get up and face the day a dog can usually make them happy with their unconditional love and their need for the owner’s attention. A person’s mood is lifted when they go outside to play with their dog since the sun and fresh air wakes them up and makes them a little happier. Pets are all over the world, and a part of many people's everyday lives. After seeing my grandmas dog close to death about a week ago, it reminded me of how impacted I was when I lost a pet in the past.
