WE are doing a lot of good because if a certain animal gets out of control like coyote they will kill all the deer or if the deer get out of control there will be more car accident and that will not be good if it happens when people see a dead animal they think of hunter but that probably a posture.

In 1989, there were 12,152 deer-vehicle accidents in the USA in which four people died and over 450 people were injured (7). What humans do not realize is the damage deer are causing to their environment, the human population, and themselves. Until a decision is reached regarding deer population control, the present state of overpopulation will continue to affect humans and the environment alike.
Hunting is popular among American men and is a delightful pastime for a father and a son. It is not essential that Americans hunt for their food anymore, but that is not why people hunt. They hunt because it gives men a sense of serenity being out in the woods. People enjoy hunting. Those people should not have to suffer because other people like to kill other people. On the other hand, some people might actually need to hunt for food. Not everybody has enough money to feed their family big feasts every night, so they kill an animal to help cut down on the cost of their food bill.
Hunters often reveal that being in nature provides time to clear the mind. In the woods, there is no rush, no schedule, and no deadlines; nature moves at its own pace. This interaction provides a deep spiritual connection with the land, the wildlife, and our planet. Hunting has been around since the beginning of time and has been in many people 's lives for generations, these are some reasons why people all across America continue to hunt. Hunting has many benefits such as reducing deer related car accidents, controlling deer densities in heavily human populated areas, creates jobs, and feeding and supporting families. Thus, deer hunting is necessary for several reasons.
Hunters contribute more than any other group to help maintain and keep wildlife habitat. According to this trusted source on hunting, “In 1907, only forty-one thousand elk remained. There are now over one million” , hunters are the reason these elk populations have improved. This hunting source also says, “In 1900, only five-hundred thousand whitetails remained. Hunters have now raised that number to thirty-two million” , hunters protect deer so they can continue to hunt them and keep the population strong and healthy. Waterfowl hunters fight to keep habitat for the ducks and geese to live and thrive in their area. This fact proves the ...
Now you know why hunting is a good thing because of the four main facts: it is a way of life, it can control animal populations, it is a job for some people, and it helps people physically.
Benjamin Franklin once stated “Those who surrender freedom for security will not have, nor do they deserve, either one.”
Hunting for fun or killing overall for fun can never be good. You should keep in mind that by hunting for fun your can ruins someone’s life. People should keep that in mind and if you do like hunting for no reason then you should donate your gatherings to the needing ones or even keep it to yourself and give the poor people good
Hunting demonstrates the ability to protect and provide mainly referred to males providing their families with meat from the animals and protecting their land. (“Modern Hunters Are Stewards of Wildlife and the Environment.”) The economy today is very unsustainable and hunting is the key to feeding the hungry. (“Modern Hunters Are Stewards of Wildlife and the Environment.”) There are many food banks today that will accept the meat provided by animals and feed hungry organizations that cannot buy food themselves. What most people don’t know is most of the money used by hunters that go towards hunting licenses, hunting tags, and hunting lotteries to hunt in particular spots go to wildlife research and habitat protections in that hunters home state. With approximately 12.5 million hunters in the World today a lot more money gets sent to these organizations than people would ever think. Overall, hunting is a positive force because it provides an economic motive for maintaining wildlife habitats. This keeps animals in their own habitats and away from people and their homes as much as possible. Some see this sport very cruel and un-humane but overall it is helping this World out way more than people think. If we didn’t have people who hunt or knew how to hunt we would be very reliant on other foods. Such as farming fruits and vegetables, which could go extinct if something devastating happens. We wouldn’t have the protein and vitamins needed in the meat we eat. Hunting is very necessary, and everyone should know how to hunt or learn soon. It’s helpful now, and will be very helpful in the future if there is a reason we can’t rely on cattle for meat anymore. We will have to figure out other ways to get meat, and without hunting it is very unlikely that
Humans have been hunting practically since the beginning of time. Take a moment to look back at our country’s founding fathers and Native Americans. People in that era hunted as a means of survival. We all possess the skills of stalking prey. It’s in our blood. Hunting is automatically instilled in us being at the top of the food chain. Although looking back into history, one can also find that some hunting has diminished animal populations practically to the verge of extinction. However these facts have not gone unnoticed. If hunting is well regulated, whether it be for sport or recreational involvement, and there are no major affects to the species, if anything it may help bring back species from the edge of extinction. “Several wildlife managers view recreational hunting as the principal basis for protection of wildlife.”(Lebel)
Is hunting really necessary to control wildlife populations? That is one of the many questions asked by environmentalists and animal rights activists all over the world. In an article in The Sciences, author Wendy Marston talks about the decrease in hunters across the nation. She found that only six percent of Americans hunt today, down four percent from a decade ago. She says, "from an environmental point of view, unfortunately that change has done more harm than good(12)." Animal overpopulation in some areas is destroying nature. In some areas of overpopulation, food is becoming scarce and animals have started to eat endangered plants and other vegetation that they would normally not. Animals also cause a lot of problems along our nation's freeways and for many farmers.
The problem is that people do not know that they exist or even why they do. As mentioned earlier, hunters defend their actions by saying that they are controlling the animal population, but have they ever taken the time to think about why there are some areas that are overpopulated? One reason that causes some places to be overpopulated by deer is by damaging their habitat. By destroying forests, they really have nowhere else to go. Eventually, some species just cannot survive and they die off. Deforestation is a major environmental issue. It results in a great loss of different species. An environmentalist named John Muir was very passionate about preserving trees, and helping to prevent deforestation. In his essay “Save the Redwoods,” Muir tells us that “we cannot escape responsibility as their guardians.” We can help decrease the number of trees that are cut down by recycling materials and using recycled products. Sure, this will not completely stop deforestation, but it helps. What is important is that people become informed of what is going on with the environment. Being informed about issues can help encourage people to do something about
Ever since I could walk, my younger brother and I have loved discovering outdoors and would rather be there than anywhere else. As we got older, our grandpa and dad began to take us hunting and after that first turkey hunt, we were hooked. The thrill of the hunt, the smell of gunpowder, the bonding of family and the contribution of food to the table made our hunting experience, unlike any other experience we had ever had before. Whenever that long beard comes over the hill or that monster buck steps out of the shadows, the hunter feels a rush that he or she can’t get from anything else. Even if the hunter doesn't bag a trophy, he is still able to see and appreciate the beauty of the outdoors and being one with nature.
Hunting is beneficial for the environment because it helps the animal population from becoming too high or out of control and possibly spreading diseases. Another reason hunting is helpful, it provides a food source for many hunters. For these reasons, local government agencies should encourage regulated hunting.
We have a lot of fun hunting. This year I killed a nine pointer. We got it mounted in my room. It has been a good year so far. This year my brother got his first gun.
Wildlife preservation is one of the most supported topics in society today. It is for that reason that many ponder the recent disapproval of hunting wild game. Jim Fowler once said, “The quicker we humans learn that saving open space and wildlife is critical to our welfare and quality of life, maybe we'll start thinking of doing something about it.” Hunting wild game poses many benefits to society as a whole, the hunters, and the wild game itself. To society, hunting brings in much needed revenue and jobs.
