9/11 was a tragic day for New Yorkers and citizens of the U.S. This topic is too emotional for some people to talk about, but we need to stop trying to forget what occurred that day and put our own efforts into solving what really went down. Let me start off by explaining the story that most people remembered 9/11 as. In the morning of September 11, 2001, nineteen terrorist that were in a group called al–Qaeda snuck through a billion dollar defense system with knives and box cutters, and were able to hijacked 4 planes. All planes were destined to go to California. At 8:45, one plane crashed into the north tower of the World Trade Center. At 9:03, a second plane hit the south tower of the WTC, crashing into the 60th floor. About an hour and …show more content…
and disintegrated because of the burning jet fuel. The final plane crashed into a field in southern Pennsylvania at 10:03. As a result, more than three thousand people were killed, which included three hundred fifty firefighter/paramedics, over two thousand building workers, and the two hundred fifty victims on the four planes (History.com staff).
Before explaining what I and one third of Americans believe in what happened on September 11, 2001, I want to clarify the idea of why our own government would purposely perpetrate these attacks on our own people (Rethink9/11.org). When this topic is brought up, people wonder why their government would purposely attack them. Ever since the start of this country, wars have always started with a false flag operation. Basically, a false flag operation is when a group of people like a government carries out a secret operation to deceive the public and make them believe that the operation was carried out by a common enemy, while they act as if they were the victims. This may sound crazy, but there are endless amounts of declassified

There are numerous factors that left Americans questioning the fall of building 7, especially since the 9/11 Commission Report didn’t even mention it in its text like it never happened. This building was built with bedrock and apparently it went down because there were office fires, and debris from the other towers that fell into it, which apparently caused its collapse. Over one thousand seven hundred engineers and architects disprove that 9/11 was a terrorist attack. They used their years of knowledge to view how the buildings went down. They observed it and stated that the way these buildings fell was like a controlled demolition. Many of these people have done controlled demolition projects on buildings and for a fact know that the way building 7 went down was not natural. The building wasn’t even hit by a plane and it fell at nearly free fall acceleration (6.5 seconds) and symmetrically collapsed into its own footprint. WTC 7 was not supposed to fall the way it did because there were fires in certain areas of the building and the building had some weak spots. The building shouldn’t have even collapsed in the first place. The roof of the building was perfectly kept at 180° angles as it collapsed on its footprint, but it should have only caved in the areas where the weak spots were. Other factors that made it seem like a controlled demolition was the fact that there
There are a bunch of conspiracies in this world and there's a few on the tragedy that happened on September 11, 2001. One of the theories is that inside traders knew about the attacks before they happened. As said in an article, “in the days before 9/11 there was a huge increase in the number of put options purchased on their airlines, compared to the normal average daily volume.”(Davis) Before I explain what that means the article also mentioned, “ this huge increase in the volume of put options suggests that the people buying these put options knew in advance that 9/11 was about to happen.” (Davis) What the quotes are saying, is that a few days before 9/11, out of nowhere, there was an huge increase in the airlines, that were hijacked, stock markets. The conspiracy theory is that the government was aware of the attacks the entire time but because they were making profit, this did nothing about it.
On September 11, 2001 America changed forever. At 8:46 a.m. American Airlines Flight 11’ crash into the North Tower World Trade Center Tower in New York. At 9:03 United Airlines Flight 175 crashes in the South Tower of the World Trade Center. Then American Airlines Flight 77 crashes into the western façade of the Pentagon. While United Airlines Flight 93’ some believed this was destined for the White House, U.S. Capitol building, or other landmarks, crashes into a field in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. At the end of this horrific terrorist attack approximately 2,977 died. Many families lost fathers, mothers, daughters, brothers. Who could possible inflict such a horrendous, despicable
The official story of 9/11 is a conspiracy theory in that the government claims 19 hijackers conspired together to hijack four planes and create terror in the world. Four American airplanes were hijacked; two were driven into the World Trade Centers and the third airplane into the Pentagon. The fourth airplane suspected target was the White House, but it was diverted by the brave men and women aboard that hijacked airplane, and crashed the airline jet before it could reach its target. It was like time stood still as America watched through television broadcast these unbelievable and horrifying events taking place. The reports told of the smell the jet fuel, burning flesh, and people jumping out windows to their death to escape the flames. When the two bravura structures tumbling down, rescuers, (police officers, firefighters, and ambulance drivers and techs) were caught in the mast and lost their lives doing their job trying to save lives.
On the morning of September 11/2001, 19 terrorist working for the Al Qaeda terrorist organization hijacked four commercial planes. They attempted to fly them into multiple U.S targets. One of the planes, American Airlines, flight 11, crashed into the north tower of the World Trade Center at 8:50 a.m. Another plane, United Airlines, flight 175, crashed into the south tower at 9:04 a.m. These tragedies took the lives of nearly 3000 people and affected the lives of millions.
Many conspiracy theories have been developed concerning what happened to the World Trade Centers on September 11, 2001, but there are a select few that, similar to the truth, cannot be disproved without quite a bit of effort. One theory is that the Twin Towers were destroyed by controlled demolitions. Another idea of what happened is that planes did hit the towers, but they were remote controlled. A third theory is that Al Qaeda is not responsible for the 9-11 attacks (The Top September 11 Conspiracy Theories, n.d.). And last, but certainly not least, is the theory that the 9-11 attacks were a false flag operation. When considering these theories, there are many different controversial areas that should be assessed to differentiate between fact and opinion.
The day of 9/11 is a day that will be in the back of everybodys minds for lifetime. On that sorrowful day four passenger airplanes were highjacked and ultimately crashed. Two of the airplanes crashed into each of the Twin Towers located in New York City. After the buildings burned for around 20 minutes they fell to the ground bringing along millions of tons of debris that killed many workers from both towers. One of the other airplanes crashed into the Pentagon also killing many innocent people. The last airplane crashed in a field in Pennsylvania after many believe that the passengers over powered the highjackers. Many people still morn the deaths of the victims from 9/11. From the second the planes crashed, people have tried to make money from this ordeal, making it one of the most advertised and talked about issue the US has ever seen.

September 11, 2001 is known as the worst terrorist attack in United States history. On a clear Tuesday morning, there were four planes that were hijacked and flown into multiple buildings by a terrorist group named al Qaeda. This group, led by Osama bin Laden, killed nearly 3,000 people. Out of those 3,000 people more than 400 police and 343 firefighters were killed along with 10,000 people who were treated for severe injuries. Many lives were taken, and to this day, people still suffer from the attack. September 11th is the most influential event of the early twenty-first century because it made an increase in patriotism, it caused a rise in security throughout the nation, and it had a tremendous effect of thousands of lives.
There were numerous events and threats leading up to the terrorists attacks on the World Trade Center which left chaos amongst the streets of downtown New York City and would leave America and its families devastated and prone to change after this infamous date in our nation’s history. What happened on September 11th, 2001 was without a doubt both horrific and ill natured. Multiple terrorists hijacked several US airliners that would later be flown into the North and South towers, the Pentagon, and also an unintended area in Pennsylvania. It can be said that the United States of America was unprepared and vulnerable for these occurrences.
On Sept. 11, 2001, A date that will live in infamy for Americans, terrorists attacked the World Trade Center in New York City. At 8:48 a.m. flight 11 crashed into the north tower. As it continued to burn a second plane flight 175 carrying 65 people crashed into the south tower around 9:05 a.m.. as smoke and debris fill the air in New York City after one of the World Trade Center towers collapsed. Police officers and rescue workers on the disaster scene in New York are covered in Ash that was two to three inches deep in places. People wandered dazed and terrified, Several firefighters coated with dust sat on the ground gasping for breath. One top fire official was asked if both towers had completely collapsed: "You can see what I can see, " he responded. "We just have no idea." At least 202 firefighters and possibly up to 350 are missing,
September 11th, 2001 marks the longest and most tragic day in American history. It started off as a normal morning, kids waking up to go to school, people getting to work, and others just taking a morning run, As if nothing was going to happen. Then all of a sudden at 8:46 Flight 11 hits the north tower of the World Trade Center in Ney York City. There were 767 on board and 20,000 gallons of jet fuel. It hit on the 80th floor out of 110 stories. Imagine hearing a big sound of an explosion while at work? At first people thought it was just a miss-guided plane that had hit the top of the tower. Everyone was rushing out of his or her office buildings and people were trying to evacuate the world trade as fast as they could. Some were told that they did not have to leave the second building because it was just a mislead plane and it was okay. Then at 9:03 a second plane hits the south tower. By this time the newscast had been recording, so everyone saw what was happening. People were running from it and the streets were crowed with people trying to leave. People all over the world were freaking out because no one was really sure what had happened. After the second plane hitting they started researching the flight and who was on it. While looking that up they started to recognize some names, they pieced together that it was a terrorist attack. Involved with Alkyda because they recognized names from the people that were on the flights. During this time Bush was the president of the United States, he had been in Sarasota with a group of kids listening to them read and learn in a local school. Bush had no idea the second plane was hit because he had been in this classroom not able to answer phone calls. He had no idea what was going on. ...
On September 11, 2001 terrorists crashed two American airline airplanes into Twin Towers, killing thousands of people. It was the worst terrorist attack in American history and it showed us that we are not protected by Atlantic and Pacific. It showed us that we could be attacked by anyone at anytime. It showed us that if we will be attacked again that we can only depend on each other and not on other nations to help us. The 9/11 changed people forever, some lost family members or friends, others lost their jobs even so called “American Dream.”
September 11, 2001 marked one of the most tragic events in United States history. As a way to assure the safety and wellbeing of U.S. citizens shortly after being attacked by al-Qaeda, President Bush stated, “Terrorist attacks can shake the foundations of our biggest buildings, but they cannot touch the foundation of America. These acts may shatter steel, but they cannot dent the steel of American resolve”. Although President Bush was seen a source of security during a time of need, many citizens felt that his words were not genuine and part of a dramatic story the government wanted its people to believe. Despite the side taken, both perspectives of the argument can agree that the U.S. was attacked by a series of coordinated suicide attacks by al-Qaeda. On that Tuesday morning, 19 terrorists hijacked four commercial passenger jet airliners. The hijackers intentionally crashed two of the airliners into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center, one into the Pentagon, and the fourth into a field in rural Pennsylvania after passengers fought back against the terrorist to try and regain control of the plane. This is the story the government wants its people to believe. However, the truths about the attacks on 9/11 are much more frightening. On September 11th, 2001, the United States government betrayed its citizens by allowing the destructive attacks on the Twin Towers, WTC-7, the Pentagon, and Shanksville.
9/11 was one of the darkest days in America, but some say the government could have been part of these attacks. For many years people have debated about the 9/11 cover up. This theory cannot explain why the government would do this. Once people understand why the 9/11 cover up is fake, they will begin to see the answer to their problem, could the government have done this? This conspiracy theory is wrong because, terrorists admitted to the attacks, so many people died, and there's no evidence against the government.
Most Americans will never forget the date of September 11, 2001. It was a tragic day in New York City that changed the United States forever. We celebrate this day annually to remember all the innocent victims and first responders who lost their lives. Five years after the planes crashed into the World Trade Center, construction began on the 9/11 Memorial. "The memorial represents a fulfillment of the collective obligation to remember the victims and to reaffirm a respect for life" (Blais, and Rasic 212). This memorial includes beautiful architecture and is visited by thousands of people every day. Even though there were obstacles to overcome during construction, the National September 11 Memorial flourished into a beautiful site with significant
