In the car accident which had taken place in the middle of nowhere most of people inhabited the street is at the protest. In the accident which involved Perowne and three other people. It seem like it was the driver of the three’s fault for the accident. However Perowne is nervous because he feels as if the three individuals must have some deviant intentions because it took a while for them to get out the car. He have many assumptions that these men can be up to no good. In his position, Perowne has no desire to fight or defend himself since he’s clearly out matched by these men. You could tell there is so much going on in his mind and Perowne barely have any time to react or spectate the situation. However he tries to start out a calm conversation
