I said goodbye to my mom grabbed my bike and took off. It was a beautiful day about 80° but with a nice common breeze nothing could go wrong. The way my hands gripped the handles made me feel secure not having to worry about anything such as traffic or bumps I pedaled hard up a Hill to see how fast i can ride down it, I jammed my foot into the back wheel to stop as soon as I reached the top of the hill. I let my feet off the ground and rested them on my pedals, I was off , i pedaled as hard as I could down the hill and got going a quite fast speed, and that’s when it happened, a car came out of nowhere and stopped right in front of me I jammed my foot in the front wheel as fast as I could my bike was still going fast it was only a matter of …show more content…
I didn't hit the car but as soon as I started riding again I noticed something, something strange my bike wasn’t pedaling as fast as it was before I tried to find out what was wrong with it but I couldn’t find any noticeable differences. I tried riding it again still it didn’t ride as smoothly as it did before, aha! The tire was flat that’s why it wasn’t riding. darn how am I going to get this home I can’t ride it up the hill I was at least a mile away and I was tired out from the hot summer sun burning me alive and trying to ride my flat tire. Anyways I could be a baby and call up my mom to pick me up or I could carry it home either way I would certainly find an easier way after I got home that’s how it always works but right now I can’t think of anything. I might as well …show more content…
after I got to the bottom of the hill I dragged my bike under a tree so I could rest I closed my eyes for what felt like 10 seconds probably more than that because I woke up to a grumpy old man yelling at me to get of his lawn. I dragged my bike back onto the road and started pedaling. maybe if I see a car if I’m quick enough I can grab onto the back like I used to do . I started pedaling and started to see my house ahh it’s so good to be back I pedaled hard I shifted into a higher gear and started
One of the funniest wrecks i had was right after i gt my new dirt bike it was on christmas day and i thought i could go faster then what i should be going and then i was going through a curve and the next thing i know i'm on the
Have you ever rode a dirtbike? I have my dad got it for me on my 9th b-day. After receiving this dirt bike, I now ride it all over the place. It has become apart of my life!
Owning exercise equipment is a good way to stay motivated and ensure you work out every day. While you may be tempted to buy the biggest and best exercise bike, you will need to consider your living space. If you don’t have enough room, the bike won’t fit properly, and you won’t be able to use it. There are compact bikes available that fit in smaller rooms, and allow you to get proper exercise. If you’re unsure about where to start looking for a compact exercise bike, this review should help get you started. After all, not having enough space is a terrible excuse for not exercising.
I love riding four wheelers. I also love to adventure so I guess you could say my character trait is being adventurous. I’ve been riding my whole life, you think I’m kidding but my mom even rode four wheelers when she was pregnant with me so yeah. I got my very first four wheeler when I was three and I rode it till I was nine, but then I wanted to ride with the big boys or girls or whatever. When I was ten I got Yamaha blaster two hundred. It was my first manual transmission four wheeler. It was also a fixer upper, so I restored it to original condition and learned valuable knowledge along the way. So now I know a lot about four wheelers. When I got done fixing it it was a lot better than before. So I figured I was ready to learn how ride a
I've been four wheeling since I was about three. Id say its pretty fun when you're not busy crashing. My favorite thing about four wheeling is having the wind blow in my face, it makes me feel free in a way. When i'm with my family four wheeling nothing can stop us so you better watch out. My best experience while riding a four wheeler was when I was about nine my grandpa and my four year old sister were together on one four wheeler and I was on my own we were riding down the road when my grandpa said “ Aryona do you want to go down there?” i was a little scared at first, but he told me it would be okay, so i said “yes.” Once we got down there I was happy I decided to go because It was awesome! One of my favorite things about
I woke up with a sharp pain in my chest and head. Around me was the car, it was wrecked and little to no cars nearby. I racked my brain to remember what happened. I was at home and I needed to go somewhere, I got in the car and started driving. The last thing i remember, was the truck coming towards me. then it all went white. I gasped. "the truck, it hit me and I must of passed out." I checked myself. nothing broken, that's good. My phone was smashed so I couldn't call anyone to tell them that I crashed. My brother, Williams house wasn't far so I would walk there.
This wreck brought my brother and I closer together, made me more cautious and protective of my two younger brothers, and taught me a lesson. It had changed my life forever. That day, my brother and I were on the four wheeler. I was driving and my brother was in front of me. He grabbed onto my arm that was pushing the throttle and my hand went forward, so the throttle got stuck
For an hour I was riding perfectly. I was racing him up and down the sand pit. Which is a trail of sand. But later I tried to jump the dirt pit and wiped out. After I got up, Travis and I walked the dirt bike back and put it in the garage
I scurried out to the truck when all of a sudden I trip where the gravel meets pavement. I surely couldn't let that bother me, I mean there is a man stuck under a truck. I got into the truck with blood on my hands and we took off. I could have sworn that my dad was doing at least 80 in a 180,000 pound rotator! I happened to look over to see the speedometer maxed out at 86 miles per hour!
With music blasting, voices singing and talking, it was another typical ride to school with my sister. Because of our belated departure, I went fast, too fast. We started down the first road to our destination. This road is about three miles long and filled with little hills. As we broke the top of one of the small, blind hills in the middle of the right lane was a dead deer. Without any thought, purely by instinct I pulled the wheel of the car to the left and back over to the right. No big deal but I was going fast. The car swerved back to the left, to the right, to the left. Each time I could feel the car scratching the earth with its side. My body jolted with the sporadic movements of the car. The car swerved to the right for the last time. With my eyes sealed tight, I could feel my body float off the seat of the car.
I step to the starting line, a big white 4 is printed on the ground. “Runners to your marks” resonates throughout the stadium, my heart is racing, my hands are jittering, but I'm not scared I'm happy. “Get set”, the track becomes silent, nerve-wracking thoughts flood my head and then beep the gun goes off.
I was 13 at the time and had just gotten an electric scooter. One day as I was riding around my neighborhood, which is relatively safe, I noticed two construction workers next to a white van staring at me. I didn't think much of it as there was a lot of construction going on at the time. As I was riding I took a bad fall and landed on my head causing my forehead to bleed.
was trying to get used to a state that I had never been too. I walked home and
When I looked in the rearview mirror is when I knew it was all over. June 25, 2013 was the most tragic day in my life. It was not until that day that I realized how much I appreciate my life and my family. I was on the freeway headed towards the Galleria in Houston, TX, passing the tall Texaco building on this bright sunny afternoon, when everything went downhill. I remember seeing all of the cars in front of me have their bright red tail lights on because everyone was coming to a stop. As soon as I slowed down, I looked into my rearview mirror to see a beige car not slowing down at all but instead looking down at his phone texting, it was already too late for me to do anything. I felt as if my life were over and there was nothing anyone could do, I was sixteen years old when I had my first car accident. I learned that I should have stayed home the afternoon I got into my first car accident. That afternoon I remember gripping my steering wheel so tightly because I was so nervous about the car behind me that I could feel all of the ridges and grooves throughout my entire steering wheel and every indention in my steering
Last year I got involved in a massive car accident. It was the most terrified part of life. It was the moment. I will never forget in my whole life. Before, I never realized how people really feel when a car accident happens. But,after this car accident I know what really it felt like. It was the moment. My mind was totally feared of driving. I was crushed by the hot metal and cold dirt of car. I was not feeling my arm,my body was numbed. It was felt like my lower body pressed down with monster force. All I could feel was the noise of car accident ringing in my ear.I was barely able to move my body. I was kept thinking. What my parents going to think about this? Where is my friend John? I looked through the window and saw the cars passing by
