How did you identify it? When I experience negative transference, it’s my language that draws my attention to the experience. I find that my body becomes tense with my shoulders raising, back stiff and my arms are crossed. My foot will either tap the ground at a rapid speed or if my leg will bounce or swing quickly depending on how I am sitting. Just as I am about to act in a manner not appropriate or in my normal pattern, I begin shift in my chair. Did you address it? Sometimes.
