Who helped develop your life, values, and aspirations? My mother helped me. April, my mother contributed to much of my knowledge about life and how to live. She and my father have raised me in Fyffe, Alabama, a small one red light town. My mom had me at age twenty-three and worked as a special services teacher at Wills Valley. I attended Wills Valley where she worked and that strengthened our bond. For these reasons and many more I chose my mother as the person who helped develop my life, values, and aspirations. My mom has been the person who helped develop my life. She has taught me many valuable things, how to cook, clean, and how to have a good mindset. As a young child, my mom would help me cook basic foods, such as cookies. Overtime I am learning how to cook more complex things, such as lasagna, with the help of my mom in the kitchen. She always says "Cleanliness is next to godliness". This means that we should always have the house clean and put together. She has taught me how to clean since I was about eight, starting very basic but progressing slowly into more in depth cleaning. This took a lot of patience being that …show more content…
She helped develop what my aspirations are by always believing in me and always having a positive outlook on my future. My mother has always believed that anything is possible with a good attitude. So, my goal is to be an OBGYN. I know it will be extra year in college, but in the long run it should pay off. She helped me decide on a job that I should always like and that my personality is fit for by telling me about the options i have and what is more likely to be available in the coming years. I think that since I have her support I will choose a job that will make me happy and support my family, possibly even support her as she will need my help as she gets older. Developing my aspirations is just another thing my mother has done in the processes of getting me ready for
Not to sound like a mother’s boy, I will courageously say that my mother had the most influence on my life and the way I see the world, or have at least come to know it. My mother was a fighter in every sense of the word, even during her illness that took her life back in 1989. Even though I only had her for 19 years of my own life, she was a true blessing; I blame her for the goodness that has been instilled in me.
I will start off by talking about my amazing mother and how she helped me out in the long run. My mother taught me to never rely on anyone that I can do whatever I set my mind to. She also told me that life is full of mistakes, and I would always learn from them. She taught me how to cook so if you ever want something to eat you know who to come to.
The most impactful individual in my life is my mother, Samantha Jarvis, and that is because, she is the one person I know will always be there for me and guide me when I need help. Its safe to say that I would not exist without her (and my dad) and while that is physically true, I also believe that I would not the person I am today without her. My mom has always encouraged me, even from a young age, to chase my passion for learning and find the answers to my questions. She is the one, I get most of morals, ideals, and work ethic from. My mom is one of those people who give a lot and expect nothing in return. She has been the sole provider of my family for the past 18 years due to my father having a broken back and being unable to work. She also the one that does the cleaning around the house, runs errands around town, takes time off work or skips lunch to take me or my sibling to therapy or, to the doctor’s office, and just about everything else.
During my pre adolescent years, as best as I can recall, my mother was the driving influence behind my development. She is a good person and a mother with an iron will and a strict way, and I believe that she was one of my first role models. My father played a part in my development also. He instilled in me the morals and values that I have today and I thank him for that. Unfortunately my father passed away thirteen years ago before I had a chance to tell him that.
Everybody has that one person that opens up their world drastically, but yet there is still always one person who has a major impact. My mother, Sariah Glosenger has been apart of my life for a little over ten years now. My mother, is just like a typical mother, she is always checking out my social media, always making me clean my room before I leave the house, and to tell her wherever I am going. When I was young I always hated doing those things but now I look back and see how she was just being motherly and worried. There have been many people that have inspired me throughout my life, but my mom Sariah J. Glosenger has to be the most inspiring person because, she always nags me, furthermore her always wanting to better herself is my encouragement
The first reason why my mother has shaped me into the person that I am today is because my mother wants me to become a good woman. My mom teaches me to be a responsible young woman. For example, my mom asks me to do chores around the house for her. This has impacted me because my
She also was on the school board at my grade school, was politically active, and was active in our church. Seeing her stand up to error in public situations gave me the strength to do the same. Sadly, I had to fight error in my high school history class. I disputed my religion teacher's position concerning the civil rights movement (just one of many discussions we had that year). But without Mom's example, I would have been silent like the other kids.
She has helped me through both the good times and bad. She is an encouraging woman who has taught me to keep fighting even in the toughest times when I've felt overwhelmed with school and friends. She is an amazing person who always puts her loved ones before herself. Not only does my mom work full time during the week, she also has a part time job that she does after hours and on weekends, and all while studying to get her Associates Degree in Financial Management.
Even before my first tear hits the ground, my mother is there to wipe it away. My mother feels my pain before I can even realize it. She understands my needs before I can even think of them. That’s why we call her a mother. My mother has been an extraordinary influence on my life and always will be. She’s the kind of mom who would always take time out and care for her four children and the mom who would never let her hardships in her life distress her kids. My mother has always been a very strong role model to me, and growing up with someone like her to look up to has changed my life in many ways. She has helped me grow physically, intellectually, and considerately. She taught me to always love, care, and give back to the people I am grateful for.
I also learned an abundance of information from my father, but not nearly as much and as deep compared to my mother. My mother, Monica, has influenced me in all the right ways and has kept me aligned in the path of righteousness. Through her life lessons, I digested the concept of the golden rule, the true value of money, and to always

Now, like my mother, I’m a positive thinker, and I am a creative person who believes life is what you create it to be. I also know if I have to make any big decisions in my life, I can always ask my mom for advice because she has the wisdom and experience. I also know that she will tell me the truth even if it is not something that I want to hear, but she will tell me with kindness and without any judgment.
