One of the most important people in my life is my mother. My father passed away when I was 14 years old. My mother took care of me by herself. She taught me to complete my studies and to do well in school. My mother instilled in me if person wants a good life it takes hard work and patience to make something happen. Also, she always says be kind for every body and help anybody in need if you can. Making people around me love and respect that will make me happy. I sill remember when she said to me, do not be shy, connect with everybody. She told me I may meet good people that can help me and that I may encounter bad people, but I will not meet anyone if I do not try. It has been very hard

She always finds difficulties in her life in the U.S because her husband is blind and she cannot drive. However, her husband learned English and he got a master’s in education. She studies physics which is very inspiring. She always talks to me about her experiences and I learn from her frequently.
The sixth important person is my high school math teacher. She was a very kind to me. I was inspired by her because she never let anything bother her and always stayed positive. She was disabled and it never hindered her spirit and attitude.
The seventh important person to me was my first English teacher. He was very inspiring and taught in a way that was easy to follow. He explained things clearly and slowly. Without his help and service I would not be able to communicate as effectively her in the United States. It really helped me when I started college.
The eighth most important to me is children’s Arabic teacher. When I am unable to teach them she is able to cover lessons with them. She is so patient and kind, they really look up to her. Without her my children would not be able to learn about our culture and language as much as I would like. I appreciate her time and dedication so
families which is very important. Life is a difficult journey and most of the people try to make it
Though all of these people possess qualities of kindness and selflessness, the one person that stands out to me the most is the performer and humanitarian Audrey Hepburn. Audrey Hepburn has influenced me through her selflessness, courage, and uniqueness. After Hepburn's main career in acting had ended, she moved into the field of humanitarian work by joining UNICEF. While working with the humanitarian organization, Hepburn met all with warmth, compassion, and kindness. She viewed the entire world as one big family, connecting and loving all she met. Audrey Hepburn is also one of the most courageous people I have come to learn about. Audrey Hepburn grew up during the time of Nazi occupation in her hometown in Belgium. She witnessed the deaths and imprisonments of many, but this did not stop her from being part of the resistance against the Nazi party. Hepburn joined the Dutch Resistance against the Nazis, performing ballet to raise funds as well as sending secret messages inside her ballet shoes. Although she was aware of the horrible consequences she would face if caught, Audrey Hepburn did not let this fear keep her from fighting for what she believed in. Hepburn was also not an average Hollywood star. She valued herself- and has proved herself- as more than another pretty face. She believed in kindness and determination. Audrey Hepburn focused on more than her physical appearance. Unlike the majority of actors, musicians, or other performers, Audrey Hepburn cared about things other than a public image; she cared about the world, her art, and infinitely more. In conclusion, Audrey Hepburn is the person I admire most of all. She was selfless, courageous, and unique, and I hope that I will grow to be the person that she had shown herself to
Benjamin Franklin is someone that I look up to and his achievements are far greater than most. The first person that comes to mind when I think of a life given to the service of others is Benjamin Franklin because he pioneered the spirit of self-help in America, there was no-one who ever lived or is living on the face of this Earth who is more extraordinary and impacting than Benjamin Franklin, many people just see him as “the guy on the $100 bill” but what you will know is that he’s is truly the definition of success and by far the greatest man to ever live in colonial America.
I do believe my person is the most valuable person. My person is Harriet Tubman which made a big impact on the world. Harriet Tubman was a black woman that was a former slave. Harriet Tubman was an abolitionist who stood up for equality of the people in general. Harriet Tubman wanted people to be treated equal no matter the gender or color. Harriet Tubman was a conductor on the underground railroad. The underground railroad was lingo for a trail that slaves took to freedom. Conductors on the Underground railroad led slaves to freedom. Harriet Tubman led over three-hundred slaves to freedom. Harriet Tubman helped so many slaves that she earned the nickname Moses. It's not just that she freed a lot of slaves that makes her
Luther King Jr. He saw the world for how it could be and not what it was, something I tend to do as a personal comfort. He is my biggest inspiration and I would give
The things I value the most would be my schooling because, without schooling, I wouldn 't be able to be in the health science and try and become a nurse, schooling to me is everything, especially being in the nursing program you
My parents were very influential in the development of my story. They have been with me every step of the way through everything I have encountered throughout my life. “We will always be here for you no matter what, supporting you with everything in life. God will always be there for you and he will love you unconditionally and he will support you and guide you” (mom and dad). My youth leader has been very inspirational when talking to my youth group. “God is present in all of us, whether we choose to acknowledge him or not. God will always be there and you can talk to him about anything. He does not judge and will forever listen to you” (youth pastor). My grandmother was always playing music and loved to get dressed up for church and to spread God’s love. She made me excited to go to church and spread my faith. “Believing in God is important and it can help you with everything. God will always guide you in the right direction when you are unsure of where to go in life. Always remember that you have ...
The first value I chose is family. Merriam-Webster defines the word family as, "a group of people who are related to each other”. However, to me personally, I feel that family is way more than just your relatives. Family has been a huge influence in why I’m in college today and has taught me right from wrong. Family is so important to me because they thought me how to build relationships with other people, how to love, how to get, always have my back no matter what, and know me the so well. Merriam-Webster defines the word health as, “the condition of being well or free from disease”. Health is very more important to me because I want to live a longer life and it helps me become more energetic when carrying out home/work tasks. Merriam-Webster defines the word knowledge as “information, understanding, or skill that you get from experience”. Knowledge is significant to me because it helps me have a better understanding of the world and how things works. Without knowledge, we as a society could not accomplish much in life. Knowledge is a key factor in every field because it helps us humans make ethical decisions. Merriam-Webster defines the word happiness as “the state of being happy”. I believe Happiness makes life seem si...
When ranking my values, the three most important were: contributing to society, feeling good about myself, and world peace.
My Math Teacher, Mrs. Ladd. When thinking back and remembering all of the teachers that I have had in the past, there is one in particular that comes to mind. Her name was Mrs. Ladd. She taught math at the junior high school.

Although all of the values on the list are very important, there are a few that are more important to me in that they influenced key decisions in my life, and my life as a whole. The first value that is extremely important to me is “Family”. I wanted to start off with this one because this is definitely the most important one. Family is what motivates me to do my best everyday. From my supportive parents
My mother was not only worry and take care of me, she always by my side when I need her help. I felt sad, my mother always by my side to talk and to console. While I am glad, my mother is always been there to share and listen to me. When I failed to do something, my mother who was gave me advices. She has always supported me in all my choices. She tried to make me strong people with independent minds. I looks to her in hopes that someday I will be as happy, as strong and as well as
...mportant person in my life and I know that she will be always there for me with help, her love, and her care. She’s a wonderful person, she admires the beauty of life, and as a result she is always in a good mood. Now, like my mother, I’m a positive thinker, and I am a creative person who believes life is what you create it to be. I also know if I have to make any big decisions in my life, I can always ask my mom for advice because she has the wisdom and experience. I also know that she will tell me the truth even if it is not something that I want to hear, but she will tell me with kindness and without any judgment. My mother is my role model because she does so much for me; she gives me everything she has just to make my life easier. I love my mother and I am so thankful that she is the way she is. My mother is always there for me and I would do anything for her.
The second value that my parents have taught me is respect. They taught me to treat others with respect and to treat others the way you want to be treated. This shaped my life in tremendous ways. It made me learn how to have manners and kept me out of trouble as a kid. If I was respectful to my teachers and friends then I would grow up to be well mannered. This ended up in me respecting my country by being patriotic.
