NOT SO SECRET OF MY SECRET DIET PLAN

I decided put myself on diet when I started the school. The reason that i put myself on diet was very simple. I couldn’t fit into my skinny jeans that was worn for at least two years. When I decided to start a diet, I was thinking what is the best kind of diet for me for now. Atkins? Watch Doctor Oz and do whatever he says? Almost everyone already knows the basic rules of diet. Such as cut back on sugars and carbs; eat protein, good fat and Vegetables; do workout at least 4 times a week etc… However, knowing the rule doesn’t mean I can stick to it. So, I do use a diet app to keep the record of what I eat, and my weight every single day. The app keep the record for me and make a line chart. You can see how your weight move and how much calories you had. It can keep the motivation if I see how my weight is going down. And, after 2 months, I see the pattern of how I lose my weight. For me, my body is very honest. I gain weight when I eat too much; I lose weight if not. But, during the period, even I eat too much, I don’t gain as much weight as I do when I’m not having period. For me, that’s the time to eat junk food. So, recording can help you to know how your diet should be, and how to cheat. In the app, I can record what exactly what I ate, not only calories. So, you can visually see what type of food you had on the day. When I allow myself to have a bubble tea, I usual have very light and healthy breakfast to keep the total calories for the day low, and I start with a big bowl of vegetable soup at beginning of dinner, then protein. For this reason, I have diet friends one in Edmonton, and one in Calgary. They both have same age kids as mine, we are not exact, but close ages, and very importantly, they are very close friends. We use Facebook messenger almost every day to talk about what work out we did, and what we had for meals. I find it’s better to have close friends, because we can talk very openly.
