Perseus Greek Hero

Perseus was a demigod. His father was Zeus, the king of all Gods, and his mom was a princess. Perseus was also known as a Greek hero. Here is why he was a Greek hero, and why I consider him myself a Greek hero.

One reason I think Perseus is a hero is because he killed Medusa. Medusa was an ugly gorgon who could turn a man into stone. Her hair was made of living snakes. Athena was the one who made her look like this. Perseus went on a mission to kill her, sent by Polydectes, evil king of Seriphos. Polydectes loved Perseues's mom, Danae. He wanted to merry her but he didn't want anything to do with Perseues. That is why Polydectes sent Perseus on this mission, being sure Perseus wouldn't return leaving no choice
