For the Love of Bread in Every Language
Every single bread begins with an origin and a history, the rest such as the qualities, and the flavors are up to the mankind to achieve. There are many types of breads, many have similarities, but differ depending on the origin, such as Lavash, Panettone,Bolillo, Dosa, and Matzon all originate from different places of the world. The qualities are also very similar, but vary on the ingredients need and where they come from as well. Religion plays role in the bread industry, but Culture plays a bigger one, by with what dish they accompany the bread with, to how they eat it, to even the steps it involved in the making the bread.

It is also referred as Matzo or Matza, it is a Jewish bread that is eaten during Passover for a religious belief. This bread is unleavened, which makes it seem like a cracker type of bread. It can be made with wheat flour some people add a little honey to achieve a sweeten flavor. Matzon has a similarity in texture to a cracker, but it’s a slight less crunchy. Flavor wise is very low and to boost it up sometimes the bread is dipped in chocolate to make more appetizing.
Lavash , Lahvash, or Lahvosh is an Armenian cracker bread resembling a flatbread. This bread is known as a sacramental meaning of wisdom and life to the Armenians. When this bread is made, it must be eaten right away if the soft texture is wanted or leave it out it to get the crispy texture. If the bread gets hard and crispy it can be placed in between two moist napkins to soften it back again.
