Finding a Job
Finding a job can be overwhelming and grueling , but not impossible . Following a few key steps will make the job process clear and will also help you be a persuasive candidate . The process of finding a job as well as resume writing and being interviewed is stressful but beneficial .
To find a job first , you have to set up a resume . A resume is a simple summarization of your employment history , education , and qualifications for the particular job you are seeking . Your resume should be persuasive but concise , no longer than three pages but also not shorter than one . Resumes should be written in bullet points to replace long sentences , it should be designed in a way that the interviewer can skim through it quickly . According to Source one “Though you may maintain a general resume , you should tailor your resumes to fit the needs and expectations of each company and job position” meaning that you should research the organization as well as your potential boss , decision maker , and human resources within the organization who will have access to your resume .
