Nursing Informatics, according to ANA (2008) is a speciality that integrates nursing science, computer science, and information science to manage and communicate data, information, knowledge, and wisdom in nursing practice. Healthcare in the 21st century is an exercise in high-speed data exchange, i.e., clinicians at the bedside "co-treat" with the patient's entire care team (past and present) by way of previously entered evaluations, histories and test results. Gone are the days of written charts, repeated health history questions and telephone wait times to other hospital departments. Today, nurses rely on computerized platforms with objective, up-to-date information to make informed decisions founded upon evidence-based criteria at their fingertips. Taking test for PATCH reflective paper was helpful for me to score myself in computer literacy. The scores which I have achieved from assessment scale were 84 out of 100 points. The applications to which I am satisfied are Word Processing, Power Point Presentation, and Electronic Medication System as I have used it in previous experience. I have responded effectively and results of my action were satisfied to me and others. While those applications to which I am not satisfied and which interests me the most are Nursing Information System, Hospital Information System, Electronic Health System and E-Health. I am eager to learn as I have not implemented it in my nursing experience. The reason is that during my nursing career in back home, there was not much use of technology in nursing field and people were happy with what they had because they live in developing country in which health care professionals have very less opportunities to learn about informatics and
