Chris, Cecila, all great questions! Typically advisors may desire to add more notes when initially scheduling a call back to close the business. The protocol for SOM has the advisor add those notes to their Outlook as an appointment/task. Unfortunately, if the call was redirected to another advisor, the other advisor will not have access to the appointment created in the previous advisor’s Outlook. Another concern entails the limited number of characters may inhibit the newly assigned advisor capability of picking up where the call dropped off. For example, I typically will place in my notes “Mbr had to exit the call because she needed to go to her daughter’s school recital. We were able to start the UMP application, but we did not complete the FRANN application. However, if the SOM system does has the member time zone defaulted, will the system limit the time frames based on the advisor’s available schedule? This may have changed, but I believe that WAs have access to Salesforce. However, I was not sure that all advisors in MD&P have access to Salesforce. If not we may want to ensure this so that the advisor can open, cancel/reschedule, or confirm appointments. This may not be an issue at all because I believe even Points of Views is consider part of Salesforce. I’m not sure if advisors receive limited versions of Salesforce depending on their job title. Has the time when the system automatically direct the call to another advisor been increased from 5 minutes to 10
