In phase 2, we had to break teams and this was tough. I would have actually liked to break teams in the very beginning as opposed to after the first assignment because big teams in university just don’t work. Coordinating time, as mentioned in class, is just difficult.
With small teams, I found that it was easier to come to a collective agreement. My team and I decided to collaborate on spatial design. We looked at existing classrooms and noticed our own behaviors of interacting with the current furniture and we also focused on the type of learning that was happening. By looking at that we were able to get a better understanding what could improve these classrooms.
In addition, we did some research from some other universities and other
Application Virtualization: Application virtualization conveys an application that is facilitated on a solitary machine to a substantial number of clients. By the end of the semester, the final project should be fully completed and completed to the best of the entire team’s ability. We should have been working together for enough time that we are able to understand each other’s thoughts and have no fear to voice our ideas and opinions. As a team, we should be nearing the adjourning stage, where we no longer need to work together because all of our work has been completed. This is most desirable stage because it means that as a team we have successfully accomplished everything that we had to do. In order to to achieve this stage of team development, there are some actions we can implement. One action we can do is creating a to do list of everything that needs to be done. If we create a list that tells us our exact tasks, we can check them off one by one until we have finished them all. Another action we can implement is putting someone in charge of the group. Having a leader who make sure the group is staying on task will help us get things done quicker. Using these actions, we will be able to reach the adjourning stage of team development and finish the project to the best of our

It was November 12 when spacecraft Rosetta caught up with the comet called Churyumov-Gerasimenko better know as 67P (Lauren, 2014). The journey took 6.4 billion miles to complete (Lauren, 2014). Also Rosetta sent a lander called Philae to explore the comet and take picture among other things (Lauren, 2014). Interestingly enough when the media reported the comet landing I thing is trumped Kim kardashian attempt at breaking the internet with her nude photos which the media was cover at about the same time as the comet landing. With all that being said you might be asking why should I care? You should care about this comet because comets came from and can tell us about our solar system, also there has not been any unique and important mission as this one, further more it might be the last space mission we get to experience for a while. Now I am going to get in to what comets are and how they got here and talk a little bit
In design of user interface, input controls are an essential element of any type and permits clients to execute different functions to make sure that input data is accurate, protected and complete. Data input controls make sure suitability, comprehensiveness, and accuracy of data throughout its transformation into application of computer or into data of a computer from its actual source. Both scheduled automated processing and manual online input may be used for penetration of data into an application of computer from. The designer of input control must define the satisfactoriness of both and manual controls over input of data to make sure that data is input correctly with most favorable exercise of computerized editing and validation and that procedures of error handling helps the accurate and timely resubmission of all approved data. Audit and Management Advisory Services educate clients that edits of input should be employed with a computer or form application, these input edits range from checks for unacceptable characters, invalid
1.“If, for example, students were not ultimately rewarded for spending their early adulthoods pursuing undergraduate, graduate, and professional degrees, or if the hardest-working and most productive workers were paid the same as the median worker, then citizens would have little incentive to develop expertise, to exert effort, or to excel in their work.”
By working together there is information sharing, improve safety and quality also collaboration gives knowledge to other professionals. (Littlechild and Smith, 2013).what I have learned through working in partnership with other professionals was creating a poster related to what each professional does. Some of the professionals I did not know how exactly they work together in partnership. Example: I was not aware of how a radiology would work with a social work and the outcome of that was that Radiology develop and maintain collaborative relationship with medical colleagues and participates in regular meetings with other professionals activities to meet the needs of a service users therefore they collaborate with Social Workers. By doing a poster and delivering information I learned a lot from the other team members, shared experiences knowledge and skills with other group members. Group work made me realise how it is very important to work in multi-displinary team, the benefit of it and what others can benefit from. During the poster each of the student was from different professional however we all had the question but each had to look at it in each profession perspectives. This gave an opportunity to everyone to go and search for each professional and communicate with the rest of the group the outcome of the presentation. By doing that, we exchanged ideas learned from each other’s skills and used it into practice. I have learned about sharing information with others, learned about communication and
America is dub the land of opportunities and hope by all that look from the outside of the fence in. The shining image of greatness America portrays gives the sense that you can accomplish anything when within its diverse borders. I’m Māori Johnson, and I’m a naturalized citizen of the United States of America from Jordan. Naturalization is defined by the U.S Citizenship and Immigration Service (2013) as the process by which U.S citizenship is granted to a foreign citizen. It’s a rigorous thing to accomplish which consist of first applying for citizenship, if accepted you then go through a written test and exam, probably most natural born citizens couldn’t pass. After you’re accepted life isn’t the easiest to begin. I’ve had to leave behind my job in my former country to pursue my new life here. I am pursing a master’s degree in communications from Texas State University to better my opportunities here. However, I’m working at a local H-E-B while I attempt to pursue a career in my area of expertise while attending school. I’ve expected to have a hard time adjusting in that aspect but I’m enjoying my time here. (Question 1)
According to Hirsch at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC,2014), “more than 1.1 million people in the United States are living with HIV infection. Almost one in six of this group are unaware that they are infected”. Not knowing that you have a HIV is a bad thing because it not good to wait so late to have test done. Some symptoms of the early stage of being infected with HIV are deeply pained headaches, very high fevers a sweating a lot. The sweating and fever could lead to Flu or mononucleosis, which could make the whole infection even worse. Bad thing about this infection the first month or two the symptoms go away after that. During the early stages of being infected a person is very infectious. Some of the symptoms
...lot of work getting everyone in the group involved. It takes skill and practice for a team to learn how to work together.

Teams have been around for many years. It is vital for members who are a part of any team to work together so that their labor is not in vain. A major advantage for working cohesively as teams is greater output and interpersonal skills. The drawback of not working in uniformity can lead to project delays and time constraints. Organizations create teams with the purpose of fulfilling certain obligations and acquiring business success. Roming (1996) states that togetherness and dependability means that members within the team assist each other and the team. Which in turn, yields a better-quality product.
“Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success,” (Ford, n.d). Ford’s quote and the concept of teamwork in planning are significantly important and prevalent in contemporary planning practices. The importance of a team in planning is imperative in providing a good plan. The team would also advance through the stages of team development. As a result an effective and cohesive team is achieved and there becomes a common goal is produce the paramount result. However, members within an effective team may come into conflicts with ideas or practices. Likely, these conflicts can be resolved with simple strategies. Nevertheless, through all the conflicts within a team group, teamwork still
If the students have personality differences, they typically do not get along. This also leads to disagreement among members. Each person has their own way of thinking, and if they do not compromise on something, the work will never get done. Although people may say that group work is a positive thing because it teaches kids teamwork and how to deal with difficult people, but this is not always the case. There will always be someone who micromanages everything and has to have their own way or no way at all. This makes it near impossible to complete any of the work assigned to students. Also, there is always the possibility of a lazy partner, leading to one person doing twice the amount of work so that they can earn a decent grade. If there is no work done together, it is not teamwork.
In my experience and in this small group project I would be one of the more vocal people. By avoiding intimidating or shutting anyone out, it is important to have each person brain write to avoid any hesitation from others. In my current small group, we partake in electronic brainstorming. Each of us sat down at a computer and found articles that we thought was best fit to the solutions to the problem. After finding our articles we then posted them to google docs where we are now in the process of evaluating them. This makes it easier for everyone to find articles that connects to them. When we tired of thinking of new ideas we take a brake and talk about each other’s lives. I like to as all my groups what we plan on doing over the weekend and we also do it in our class when (Dr. Davis) asks us how our weekend was or even what is happening this weekend, giving us a break from thinking about school related items so we can start fresh. Brainstorming is important to do and is the best way to come up with the best
