Nevaeh and Jacari It all began with a simple phone call one night after dinner. “Nevaeh,” my sister hollered up the stairs, “Its for you. Its Jacari, and he sounds strange. “ As I came downstairs to pick up the phone, I was not happy. I was tired and had looked forward to a nice quiet evening at home, not another stupid adventure with Jacari. Thirty minutes later, however, Jacari’s loud sounding, yellow Mustang convertible swung into our wide driveway, and Jacari was leaning on the horn before the car came to a full stop. Grabbing my coat from the couch, I walked out my front door with all the enthusiasm of a man going to stand before a firing squad. He had this scheming look in his eye, like he was up to something. I was not for sure what he was up to. “What’s …show more content…
I felt as helpless as a baby .It was very dark, foggy and it had this bizarre smell, like a dead dog or something really bad. “Hey we are back with help, this man said he can give us a ride to the nearest gas station.” Riley said. We still did not have a way to get all the way to where we were going so we decided to walk along the gloomy road with a weird smell, until we found a shop or something that we can get a car from. We looked back only to see that Jack and Preston were no longer with us, we did not know where they went we did not even hear a sound. We started screaming their names but their was no answer and they were nowhere to be found. There was only Jacari, Abby, Sam, Nolan, Riley, Tyson and I left and we had nowhere to go, we were too far from home and Jacari still have not told us where we're going. It was really late and dark we all just wanted to get home already, we were the only people walking staggered in a line and it was very quiet until we heard a noise coming from the
that he go see if anyone needed help. He drove around the area but saw nothing
I thought we were close to getting out but them I climbed up a tree and saw that I was wrong. We need to go north. I saw a little rustic old cabin up that way. And that was the closest point of exit. Which at that point was the best way to go. But up north the forest look even thicker which was not good. There was fruit and meat that would be a good kill so we could eat. So off we went. The only way now to tell days was the sun but even at some points we couldn 't see it.
The car would not go, and none of the electronics in the car would work either. We were just sitting there in silence. All I could think about was how we were going to get out of this terrible place. It was as if our life was flashing before our eyes. Suddenly the radio turns back on. Jingle bells is playing and the music was turned up as loud as it goes. Immediately we all scream. We were all speechless and didn’t know what to do. Jingle Bells only played for a short time and then the radio just went to static. It was as if we would never get out this
I went and looked over the hill side to the city of Vermont. This is one of the biggest days in my life, I think to myself. I glance over to the people I see showing up and I realize how much I have missed them, I see Arturo, Aurora and Yolanda and wave them over. Aurora comes and gives me a hug, “Marcelo doesn’t want to be squished before his wedding, let me go Aurora”. After about what feels like 10 minutes she lets go and we talk about what she has missed. I tell her how Jasmine is so happy to finally be living in Vermont and being able to for fill her dream job. We finally stop talking and I go to find Jasmine, “Jasmine, come with Marcelo to the entrance to welcome people.” As we are welcoming people,
He seemed confused. He didn't know what I was talking about. Now, they are forgetting what they do and what they say.
I looked around and saw all of the missing people. I saw the dark figure huddled over Ethan. I slowly rose and grabbed a rock. I walked behind the dark figure, but before I could swing the rock at him, he was pushing high up the wall. I hit him but the rock went through him. He laughed but it almost sounded like a scream. Ethan got up and shined his phone flashlight at the thing. It almost looked as if it turned solid. I swung at it again and this time it hit it. I saw a sharp, jagged piece of metal on the ground. I picked it up and tried to stab the thing, but it cut me with it’s hand. Ethan jumped on it’s back but it shrugged him off. The phone hit the ground and it shattered. I ran to the small crack in the cavern. When I climbed out, I was in the basement of the school. I ran upstairs, but I could hear the thing stomping after me and screaming his laugh. When I got outside, everyone was gone. I turned around and watched the thing come out of the school. It said, “Just face the fact that you’ve lost.” I replied, “No, you’ve lost.” The school collapsed behind it. I said, “You have nowhere to run now. The sun is out and you are exposed.” I ran at him and stabbed it in the head with the metal piece. It backed up and tripped over the fence. It hit the ground and shriveled up into a ball. I ran back to the cavern and dragged everyone out. We all looked at the thing. It reached up and whispered, “Help.” I kicked it and it
Ok. One night my sister and I were at my father’s house. He lives in Kingsville on 10 maybe 9 acres of land in this [small pause, looks at ceiling] I wouldn’t really call it a farmhouse, just a kind of small house out there. The previous person who lived in the house was supposedly shipped to an asylum, for, you know, normal stuff [pause] schizophrenic or something. My sister and I were at the house one night and we were cleaning up the house while my dad was on some sort of job out of the state and my step mom was at work in the hospital. We were doing our stuff, and then the power flickered, and came back on. We didn’t think anything of it. Then, outside of the door, we heard a noise, kinda like a dog barking, but like, just enough not so that we knew it wasn’t. So, we hear this noise, and start to get fre...
“Hey!” he shouted at her, striding quickly to give aid. “D’ya need any help with your gas or not?”
When Jafar was young he lived in a small house in eastern florida. He lived with his dad, hank and is younger sister. His mom left when he was young but his dad always seemed too take care of them as much as was he was capable of. His dad loved them dearly but he had a lot of his own problems. He was an alcoholic working for minimum wage as a construction worker, so funds were usually tight. Jafar didn't care that his dad didn't make much money, he was just glad he had his dad and his little sister marcy. But his dad was really the lucky one as his dad usually said “I need u guys more than you need me”.

As we walked through the woods on the dark cold night in October we notice screaming of what we had thought to be the neighbor girl. We creep closer to the large mansion and climb the gates to get in the massive front yard. As me and my friends Kevin, Douglas, and randy reach the front door, we slowly creep open the front door, we hear screams and yells and very quickly leave the situation. We head back to the house for the night and decide that we will make a plan and return to the mansion tomorrow.

It was a dark gloomy night at the Ole Cabin in Kentucky. Four friends were having their own camping trip in the woods at Ole’s Cabin. Little did they know the Ole cabin was abandoned for decades. They say about five years ago, five campers were killed that night in the cabin but that was just a silly story that has been going around these years. RJ, Amy, MJ, and Louis started preparing their bed to go to sleep after their long journey from Canada. The Cabin has five rooms; four of them were bedrooms and one was the living room. Before RJ went to the door to his room; he bumped into the tall pillar and a shiny object fell into his backpack without him realizing it. The lights were out when the five friends decided to call it a night. Amy was still awake and couldn’t go to sleep. She went to get a water bottle from the living room. All of a sudden Amy started to scream. RJ, MJ, and Louis came out of their rooms and saw Amy screaming in fear. “What’s wrong Amy?” said Emma. Amy pointed at the wooden entrance door. On the door there was a writing written in blood. “Put back the turtle…” ...
“Where have they gone?” I asked myself conscientiously. Still in an attempt to retrieve light, I managed to carry myself outside; however, when I opened the front door, I knew the sight I just witnessed would stay imprinted in my mind forever. My parent’s house was the only building left standing . . . tornado number five had swept the city and this time it left its mark for good. “How could such a thing happen?” I asked myself trying to logically think of every situation that could cause this occurrence. Now in a desperate need of finding someone, I scampered through every room and searched for any sign of a person; by my seventh roundabout of the house I concluded that no one was in the house anymore. I was alone . . . literally the last person, for all I know, in Picher,
