Levenson served as Senior Director, Global Government Relations for S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc., a worldwide producer and marketer of household cleaning, insect control, home food storage and shoe care consumer products. She managed the company's U.S. federal government relations office and was responsible for directing the company's public policy positions and relationships with all levels of government globally.
Prior to joining SC Johnson in 1996, Ms. Levenson served from 1992 to 1996 as Director of Federal Affairs for Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc. in their Washington, D.C. office. She directed federal public policy and government relations activities for all company business lines. She also served as Corporate Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for Tropicana Products, Inc., a Seagram subsidiary, from 1988 to 1992.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Levenson served from 1986 to 1988 in Anheuser-Busch Cos., Inc.'s External Affairs group as Manager, International and Regulatory Affairs and in their Legal Department as Assistant General Counsel from 1984 to 1986 with responsibility for antitrust, marketing and transactional matters. Prior to that, she was an attorney from 1981 to 1984 for Missouri Pacific Corporation, an interstate railroad and FERC-regulated interstate natural gas pipeline

We need to protect the environment while ensuring human prosperity.
