Sequence: The Sequence Pattern is essential to me, especially at work. I definitely agree with the LCI assessment that states I use this pattern first. When I started my most current position with Amazon Customer Service I was nervous, but my nerves easily let up due to a great Training format. The company provided us with a operation and system manual 's that were organized with step-by-step instructions and we also participated in Live training. The company even had a buddy system that encouraged us to sit with Senior Representatives and review how they interacted with the customers via Live Chat, Email and Telephone. This allowed me to know in advance what the company was expecting from me. It was so helpful for me to see this different examples. I believe this is why I have become one of the Top CSR 's on the floor.
Precision: During my 3 week training period with Amazon I used the Precision Learning Pattern first as I wrote everything down inside of my manual. Once, I recall reviewing it at home and realized that most of the things I wrote down were already listed inside of the manual. I also found that out of the class I asked the most questions and even felt a little embarrassed at times however, I knew it was because I needed to ensure that I had all the "what if 's" covered when dealing with my customers and the computer software.
Technical Reasoning: After my first few weeks with Amazon I begin to see how my Technical Reasoning worked. Sometimes, although I knew the answers at work I found myself placing customer 's on long holds to debate with myself what the exact answer was. I didn 't want to ask a more experienced co-worker for help and certainly not my boss and when I finally did it was hard to articula...

...earning pattern. At times, this pattern can take over and becomes the most time consuming of my assignments creating a personal lost of possibly meeting deadlines, so I have promised myself not to waste too much time highlighting and re-reading the directions several times.
Technical Reasoning: My Technical reasoning will have to intensify because I will have to build a plan and stick to it. I will also have to implement what I have learned from EXP 105 and prove my knowledge through true expression of words, which can be tricky for me at times.
Confluence: Lastly, I will have to forge my Confluence learning pattern because brainstorming will be the key to my success prior to writing this assignment. It will allow me to gather all of my information and notes from EXP 105 so that I can properly display what the Professor requires in the Week 5 paper assignment.

The customer support and customer service functions are more than departments; they are part of an essential strategy for growing your business. In the modern business climate, customers expect answers to their questions immediately. When the right information is available anytime, from anywhere in the world, customers are more likely to have a positive experience, thus customer loyalty will be increased. It is a known fact that the cost to obtain a customer is ten times higher than to maintain and keep existing customers. (Gouran, Dennis, W.E. Wiethoff, & J.A. Doelger. (1994). Mastering communication. 2nd ed. Boston: Allyn and Bacon.) Not in Reference Pg.
Amazon is best known for their kindle, fast shipping, and selling various products (Smith). In 1998, Amazon earned about $0.6 billion, which held steady growth from 1998-2006 (“Amazon.com”).
Learning is a process that individuals face every day, whether it is in classroom, at work, or surfing the Internet, but each person has a particular style in which they prefer to accomplish this learning. An individual’s learning style is the manner in which that person finds learning to be the easiest for them, and while many individuals have a primary style, everyone uses all the learning styles in various combinations throughout their day and life.
In my own experience in the business world, a customer would feel satisfied and grateful of the product and service, especially when the employee dedicates his or her time and ability to manage the customer. When it comes to customer service or fast delivery, Amazon hails to provide products and services by any means of keeping a loyal customer. An example of this service is the Amazon Prime, which was created to offer loyal customers the best discounts on sold items, fast shipping, and membership to features like unlimited music streaming. These types of services to loyal customers shows the innovation that employees took time to plan about. The strict and harsh regulation of the company reminds the employees and managers to work to their full potential so that they can serve customers

Amazon has been able to maintain sustainable competitive advantage based on three operational strategies. These are low cost-leadership, customer differentiation and focus strategies. Low cost-leadership is pursued by Amazon by differentiating itself primarily on the basis of price. By offering low prices to customers Amazon ensures its future success. Partially modifying the costs of lowering prices over time through achieving higher sales volumes, negotiating better terms with suppliers, and achieving better operating efficiencies. Amazon makes sure that it offers the same quality products as other companies at a considerably cheaper price. Another strategy that Amazon has is its fast delivery service and there are many delivery services that one can choose from. Personal learning styles are highly complex and unique to specific individuals. It is often difficult to pinpoint an exact learning style. Though there are different categories, we often fine tune them to our own abilities. By examining our traits and tendencies we create a clearer understanding of how we process and learn information. With careful review, I have developed a specific analysis of my learning characteristics, including an evaluation of skill levels. Based on what I have recently learned and know from experience, I have also devised a structured plan for improvement of time management and study skills.
When entering a restaurant, I usually expect to leave full, satisfied, and wanting to come back again. I believe that many people expect the same thing. If I am paying for a service, I expect for it to be impeccable. When I receive poor service, I act based on the circumstances. I can be outspoken, quiet, or apologetic when I receive poor service.
Everyone has a different view on how they learn and learning itself. First starting in EXP 105, my understanding of learning was new knowledge and becoming wiser. Taking EXP 105 has truly increased my knowledge of what learning is and the process of it. The most important thing I have learned about learning is that you observe the world around you, make sure it is understandable, and figure out the right way to respond. Learning also provides critical thinking skills. Everyone have different ways of learning and those ways are based on four different learning patterns. The four different types of learning patterns are Sequence, Precision, Technical Reasoning, and Confluence. Learning patterns are very helpful when it comes to everyday life, school work, and your job. Knowing your learning patterns and which ones you should use make
