I have both my parents and a younger brother. Both my parents did not have high education and do not know much English, also my brother always listen to me, so I became the decision maker by that time. Time goes by, my parents and brother would ask me to make decision for them instead of learn how to do by them. Therefore, I end up become power style. Further, when I was in school, I liked to join various activities and had changes. Also, I understand that no risk no gain, so I would like to take risk sometimes. However, my current position pulls me from an energetic style into conventional style which I do not want to accept. Furthermost, from deep inside of my heart, I like to work with people, make friends and optimistic a lot of the time. However, because of my job, I need to work individually a lot of time. Therefore, from the beginning I had mentioned that I do agreed with power, conventional and limiting human-encouraging style in work situation, but not fully in personal life

A management philosophy helps an individual to know the direction and the steps to follow when in a position of management. The various concepts of management have been very helpful, and they have had an impact on my personal management philosophy. Planning is an action that involves thinking about a project and organizing them in a manner that is likely to lead to the desired goal (Dumas, 2013).
