My Journey of Five Years
My future will always be determined by what I am doing right now. My present will also affect weather I go to the college of my choice and get the job I want. When I finish high school I will look forward to attending an accredited online program for Ashworth College. I will be entering a program that will help me achieve my goal of becoming an administrative assistant. This program will require me to start developing some academic and character habits that I will start to develope right now all the way through high school and for my whole career. I will have to start going out of my comfort zone and start talking to people more to develop the communication skills

To help me out financially at the age of 17 I plan to have a job as a waitress at a coffee shop. Having a job here will allow me to earn money for my college payments and graduate will less debt. Going to college and trying to figure out what it is that you want to do for the rest of your life may be challenging to many. I like to see a challenge like something that is up high in a place that seems unreachable, but if you take a ladder you can climb it all the way to the top and reach what others thought was so hard to. If I want to get to become an administrative assistant I must be on my way up the ladder right now. Some careers do not require you to go through the whole college experience but if you have a college degree or certificate you might be a better choice for your employer, and my future job is one of those. Since it is not a difficult job my college years can be reduced to only four months! Of course that is only if I concentrate completely in my studies and pass all my classes. In this program I will learn how to maintain a computer if it is not working. I will also learn how to carry on a conversation with the people I may speak to on said job. Before …show more content…
Yet Ashworth College does not require you to take either the ACT or the SAT test and pass with a certain score in order for them to even consider you as one of their students. The ACT test is a test in which a school can see what you have achieved. It is made up of five components which are english, math, reading, science, and writing is be optional. The SAT is a test in which you are just tested on your reasoning and your verbal abilities. If I were to go to another college where AST and SAT scores did matter I could get a scholarship depending on what my score
I believe that people everywhere should always have access to adequate medical care. Where you live should not determine whether you live, and the PA profession was created to improve the availability of healthcare in rural and other underserved areas. As a PA, I would be eager to help people have not had access to the care they needed. I want to serve those that need medical attention but don’t have the means to obtain it—whether in rural Michigan, the inner-city of Atlanta, or the backwoods of Arkansas. Making great medical care accessible to all is crucial to improving public health, and it is a necessity across this country and the world. As a physician assistant,
I am interested in a residence life position not for what it shall bring me, but for what I can possibly do to help others. I have seen the Resident Assistants in my hall, Grier, helping the residents and I would love to be able to make a difference in someone’s life as I see them doing everyday. Specifically, I have seen how Kayla Beadles has been able to help others as well as myself by creating a warm environment that has made it extremely easier to assimilate into college life. I hope that by being a Resident Assistant, I can inspire those in my hall the same way that I have been.
This could get you financially and mentally stable, quicker in your life. This could help you pay off bills faster so you will not be in debt when you get out of college. By being in college early many job would let you start early while you’re in school such as: engineering, medical field, and the mechanical field. This will give you the type of exposure you’ll need to get started and head in the right direction.
Medical Administrative Assistants have numerous of duties in an office setting. Medical Administrative Assistants can get a job in a doctor office or a hospital. Medical Assistants work more in the front of office and hospital assisting patients and checking them in. By knowing some Medical Assistants I know some of their duties are: scheduling patients, greeting patients, doing paper work, handling insurance problems or statements, and also supervising entry. Medical Administrative Assistants may be asked to do take the patient height or blood pressure. Medical assistants are sometime asked to buy the medical equipment needed in the office. When needed they may also work as the office manager. They conduct the doctor's schedule and type letters and bills (Occupational Outlook Handbook). Accounting has an enormous role in this field such as handling the insurance procedures and billing statements. Billing statements are responsibilities that a patient has gathered overtime. Having a great attitude is very much needed as a medical assistant because that job is in the customer service field. It is the medical assistant’s duty to take care of the fees in a medical facility therefore, knowing how to do accounting is a must know. Some of the duties involve collecting payments from the patient, tracking records of all the payments collected and filing forms out to take action against patients that have not made payments in a long time or just none at all that is why accounting is very important in this job. Accounting is recording financial relations, storing, organizing, retrieving, and presenting information in numerous reports which all goes back to one of the duties of a medical administration assis...
Becoming a Medical Assistant believe it or not is an awesome career. Being able to be on the inside and handling emergency hands on is what I will be experiencing. Medical Assistants overall have many job duties and I might add if you are a busy person and you have the urge to help others, then this job is for you. Overall, the objective is to point out the duties, various opportunities and what you will be able to accomplish in the role as a Medical Assistant.
My lifetime goal is helping others and I plan to use my career to fulfill it. The classes I’m taking right now and the ones I’m planning to take senior year are classes I believe will influence my decision in my college major/career as well as counting toward my GPA. This will help me get into schools who have medical programs that I’m considering. Also, taking AP classes can help me save money since I can earn college credit. I’m taking all AP classes, and the electives I’m taking have been classes that have helped me consider being in the medical field. I’ve found that over the years, science and math are what I’m doing better in versus history and english. I believe by being in the medical field, I can help others in the best way I can.
In her first year as a Resident Assistant, Andrea Robinson received a Christmas card from a resident named Charlotte, thanking her for helping Charlotte adjust to her new life at college. Robinson recalled that Charlotte was overcome with homesickness, as many first time students can be, and to help boost her spirits, she went with Charlotte to an opening week picnic. That made a huge difference for Charlotte and her gratitude she conveyed in the card. But the message had an extra meaning to Robinson. “I was just doing my job,” Robinson said. But knowing the difference she had made to Charlotte, she asked, “Why wouldn’t anyone want to do this for the rest of their life?”
Working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) one holds the reasonability of other lives in their arms. The life of a typical CNA is characterized by time spent helping others with daily activities such as showering, brushing their teeth, getting dressed and so many other tasks. Becoming a CNA has shaped my life in ways I never would have thought to be possible.

Introduction Music plays a substantial role in many individuals’ lives. It is a stress reliever, a way to spread joy, etc. In November of 2015, I decided to join Parkside’s radio station, 101.5 WIPZ-LP. I was a freshman and an intended English major on a writing scholarship – one that had a concentration in song lyricism and poetry.
The summer of my junior year of high school, I became a Certified Nurse’s Assistant. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant has helped me support my daughter and allowed me to help other people when they need it. The process wasn't easy, but the rewards are great. The process to complete a certificate as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant starts by enrolling, completing the bookwork, and passing the state requirements.
All my life I have always wanted to be a nurse. Since I was younger I can recall playing with stethocopes. I have four siblings so my parents paying for my education has never been an option for me. That having said I became a Medical Assistant. Becoming a medical assistant has been a great blessing in my life. I have been able to work with patients, while going to school but I am ready to further my education. I want to be able to provide patients with medications, IV's, and many other skills that will put my full knowledge to use. I think that nursing is a great profession because it is a job that is in demand. Nurses can work anywhere ranging from clinics, hospitals, schools, and even jails. This means a lot because if anything occurs
First off, I want to graduate from college and do it well. I want to be able to do things on the weekends and not worry about having to make things up or anything like that. I am hoping for a scholarship in football, in my opinion that would be a great start for me in college. Then after college maybe pursue that as a career. If that doesn't work out for me then I want to look into athletic training or physical therapy. If those things don't interest me or I don't get into it I am then looking into law. That will take much more time and patience, but it's gonna be the rest of my life.
