Nobody's perfect. This is a common saying that is made whenever people make mistakes. Humans as a species are flawed in a multitude of ways and are bound to make at least one major mistake in their lifetimes. What's important is to not harp on the fact that you made a mistake, but instead see what you can learn from the mistakes you make. One major mistake I made in my life that I later regretted was breaking my grandfather's saxophone and not telling him.

My grandfather used to be a musician who would often have scheduled concerts. He played many instruments, but was most well known for playing the saxophone. In fact, he was so well know for the saxophone that he went by the moniker Sammy Sax. One day I was in my grandfather's studio playing around on his rolling chair. My grandfather had a visitor and had to step out so there I was in the studio alone. The studio was normally clear of clutter so I began to roll around like I normally would on the chair. Unknown to my knowledge my grandfather happened to have a concert . At first I thought nothing much of the concert. This is due to the fact that my grandfather normally performs exceptionally, but something was off. There were strange noises coming from his instrument that both I and the crowd had never heard before. These noises where loud and screechy. As a result of the strange noises my grandfather ended up getting booed off stage. It was at that moment that I had realized I was at fault. I knew that something must have broken internally on his saxophone when I dropped it. After the concert I told my grandfather about the incident and he was furious, but, it wasn't for the reasons that I thought he would be. He wasn't mad at the fact that I broke his instrument. He was mad that I wasn't honest about the incident
