Intro: When I was six years old my biggest inspiration had left my life, my grandpa Stan. I was never granted the gift of knowing him too well or remembering, but what he had done with this life has stuck with me and will always guide me through life when I am lost. He left me with questions and answers for my life. He gave his life and family all he could, burning his greatness into me showing that I or anyone else can accomplish anything they can put their mind to.
P1: There is one part of my grandpa Stans life that has guided me through my life to this very day and will keep guided me on and it is his 110% effort he has always set on his life. Within his 30 years of working with STEELCASE he had never once been late to work, nor had he ever called in sick, or did not work. He was an outstanding worker giving others goals to never give up and stick through thick and thin. Not always did his car work or want to start to get him to work but that never stopped him once. If he had to which he had to, my grandpa used his two feet that he was born with walking to work for miles and miles, through snow, sleet, rain, or hail. It never stopped him, or made a thought go through his head to not go to work. That man could have been as sick as a dog but he still stuck through it making his way to work. This is something that sticks with me forever and always, it is something I think about when I wake up every morning at 5 A.M. to take the city bus to kenowa hills school zone so I can take the school bus to school. Before then I had to walk to my other bus stop or ride a bike through snow, rain or any weather conditions and ride or walk back to my home after school. I am just lucky because I am only a mile and a half that I had to walk compa...

Conclusion: This one person that no one would have guessed has set numerous life goals for me just by him living his life. He has made me realize how precious life is, only allowing us once chance to make an impact to the world around us, to peoples lives and he sculpted my life as if I were a ball of clay. He has pushed me to where I am today, a senior in Kenowa Hills High School. I would not be inches away from graduating if it was not for the impact he had on my life. He gave me the strength to want to go somewhere in my life. Showing me how great I can do for my family, when I do have one of my own, giving them everything I possibly can. Showing my kids, my family the way hopefully impacting their lives the way he impacted mine. My grandfather was one of a kind giving me such hope for my live with my goals.

My major influence and inspiration is from my father. He came to America from Syria and persevered to become an anesthesiologist, which is a very stressful job. When he first arrived to the states, he would constantly back and forth between New York and Texas to finish his research and residency. He shared a claustral apartment with four roommates and could only afford minimal food. Daily he struggled so that he could provide for his family and offer them a safe and stable life. All of his persistence and determination continually inspires me to work hard and achieve my goals. He is
person he told me he used to be; to the person he is today. I think his life is a great testimony for
My relationship with my grandmother paved the way of my education, my faith, my success. Her understanding and unconditional love, as well as, faith in me along with my past experiences, helped shape my character today. I am currently a high school graduate, who was ranked number 4 in my class with a 3.79 G.P.A. Not to mention, on a full scholarship to college, and by the end of July have a total of eleven college credits before becoming an official freshman.
I believe that we all have a special hero in our lives that inspires us, but maybe we don’t always know who that person is. It’s the little, unnoticed things that they do that have the most critical effect in our lives. The person I chose was my mom because she inspires like no other person does. My mom, who is forty-eight years old, has brown hair, brown eyes and the nicest smile that can make anyone’s day brighter. She always tells me that she loves me and that she would anything for me. My mom, Carol Busse, is the person that inspires me most because she always tells me do the right thing and that I should never give up.
Sometimes the biggest inspiration in your life stems from someone, or something who has little or no intentions to inspire at all. My neighbors Jack and Dorothy wake up every morning taking simple steps to do simple things, but to me it’s something way more. Dorothy veers around the age of ninety/ ninety-five. Unlike Jack, she takes her simple steps not in the house I grew up next to but in Marshall Manors Nursing Home. Dorothy is my Michigan hero because she’s taught me and so many others to never take things for granted.
I don't have a lot of fantastic memories of childhood. There were no spectacular family adventures, no unique family projects that taught some sort of moral lesson, no out-of-the-ordinary holidays. We ate family meals together, but most of the time the children and adults lived in different worlds. The kids went to school, did homework, and played; the adults worked. I was lucky, though. When I wanted a little of both worlds, I could always turn to Grandpa.
My father passed away in 1991, two weeks before Christmas. I was 25 at the time but until then I had not grown up. I was still an ignorant youth that only cared about finding the next party. My role model was now gone, forcing me to reevaluate the direction my life was heading. I needed to reexamine some of the lessons he taught me through the years.
The denotation of the word hero is "a man of distinguished courage or ability, admired for his brave deeds and noble qualities". To some, that person may be George Washington, Batman, or even Peter Griffin. My hero, though, is my grandfather, D.S. Patel. My grandfather, from my mother's side of the family, is a wise, nice, caring sixty-year old man. Vocationally, he works as a civil engineer for the state of Indiana. How can a sixty-year old civil engineer be a hero? Let's find out how strangers see him as a hero, and how I see him as a hero.
P1 Life was blooming in my childhood. Every second was memorable and the thoughts that went through my head were delicate and unharmed. As time went by there was difficulties and times of unhappiness. Despite the several occasions that changed my views it helped in a posi, tive way since those stormy times had helped me become a person that i acknowledge today
My strongest qualities, determination and independence, are deeply rooted in my family. Coming from an extremely tight-knit family all living within 30 minutes of each other, we bring new meaning to the cliché, “It takes a village.” My Aunt Betty is CEO of two corporations and taught me to sacrifice nothing for my dreams. My Grandmother, having borne seven children of her own and cared for twenty-one grandchildren while working with her husband in the family business, taught me that I do not have to sacrifice one for the other- prosperity comes in the balance. My strength comes from my mother. Having overcome obstacles and making immeasurable sacrifices, she lives her dreams through her three daughters. She never accepts anything from the best from me and I do my best not to disappoint her. She instilled in me the strength to have MY OWN dreams and to never be afraid of them. Individuality emanates from my Aunt Kathy, as she has always encouraged me to break the conventional molds of femininity and go after what I desire.
I have two things that inspire me in my life. One of them is my parents especially my mother, the other is the accident of my dad¡¯s company occurred in recent.
My grandfather was a very loving man, he loved his family more than anything he had
While in school, Mom didn’t have it easy. Not only did she raise a daughter and take care of a husband, she had to deal with numerous setbacks. These included such things as my father suffering a heart attack and going on to have a triple by-pass, she herself went through an emergency surgery, which sat her a semester behind, and her father also suffered a heart attack. Mom not only dealt with these setbacks, but she had the everyday task of things like cooking dinner, cleaning the house and raising a family. I don’t know how she managed it all, but somehow she did.
A lot of different things can impact a person’s life in such a way that it is unforgettable. For example, it could be the time you took a hike up a towering mountain and ended up getting peaceful view of the urban cityscape, or even the time you went to your first dreadful sleepover and were trembling with fear. It could even be person or multiple people such as friends, siblings, teachers, and even mentors. Personally, my family has been the people that have ultimately had the most influence on me as an individual. Family can vary from person to person, but for me it is the absolute most important thing I have. The people that have had a profound impact on me is my family; the way that different personalities all come together as one, the way they handle hard situations, and the closeness I have with the, is very inspiring to me.
