In conclusion, I want to be an athletic trainer when I get older. The school that I go to has a partnership with my local football team, Ridgeview Wolfpack. I have to visit their company for a day, that way, I can obtain a better understanding of the career I have chosen. It is possible that I can get big in that career that I have chosen, Then I may go and help out with a famous sports team. This is the career that I am hoping that I get when I get out of school. Ever since I have been playing sports I thought it would be amazing to work with Pro players. I would be working with the players that everybody dreams
I grew up playing in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, playing in a baseball league in Hillcrest. When I was ten years old I started playing travel ball with a team from Columbus, Mississippi. I went to public school until I was in fifth grade and then transferred in sixth grade to a private school. The school is named ACA (American Christian Academy) and I went there because I knew that they had a very successful baseball program. I knew going there could help me get looked at by colleges because of their good reputation of
Baseball has been in my life since I was a little boy. I've been playing since I could walk and haven't missed a season yet. I've been to many minor league games that are not professional but players in these leagues can become professional over time. I feel as if I am very capable of going far with it. I'd like to play all the way throughout college and hope I get noticed by a scout. Once I'm done with college if I haven't been drafted into the MLB then I'd probably try to play for the minor leagues in hopes of being noticed there. Ultimately my dream is to be drafted into the MLB and play professional baseball.
What happens to a dream deferred?Does it dry uplike a raisin in the sun?Or fester like a sore-And then run?Does it stink like rotten meat?Or crust and sugar over- like a syrupy sweet?Maybe it just sagslike a heavy load.Or does it explode? While Langhston Hughes authors this poem, A Dream Deferred, it can easily be interpreted as Toni Morrison's description of Nel and her life of sorrow and dissatisfaction. Sula and Nel, the protagonists in Toni Morrison's Sula, are each the only daughters of mothers whose distance leaves the young girls with dreams to erase this solitude and loneliness. There is no question that Sula alleviates this aloneness with a lascivious and experimental life, "I'm going down like one of those redwoods. I sure did live in this world"(143). Nel, however, for the most part, fails terribly at realizing her dreams and experiencing a happy existence.
Soccer is my passion, I love soccer with all my heart. But, I remember when I used to suck at it. I remember the first time I went to go try out for a club team, I wanted to quit playing right after that practice. Everyone was so good at the sport and I didn’t have any experience. But, I kept trying and I got better and better. I finally went to a team that was more my level, and we’ve all grown up together as a very strong team. I’m glad I kept going with soccer, it’s such a fun sport to play. My biggest dream is to get looked at by a college and get a scholarship in soccer. But, for that to happen, I have to work really hard for my goal to play in college. My last symbol is a paint brush. I love to draw, even though I’m not the best at it I still practice to get better at it. I also love looking at art because it’s so beautiful. What I love about art is that it tells a story and you have to figure out what that story is.

Hello, I am Anel Bektas, we may already know each other really well, but here we go. To begin, my parents are Bosnian immigrants who came to the United States after the war in Bosnia in the year 1993. My parents names are Mirsad and Almedina Bektas. Four years later, they had my older brother Amer, who to this day is nineteen. Another four years had passed and they had the best child of all, which is definitely me. Then another four years later they had my little brother Armin, who to this day is ten. As you can see my parents liked having kids every four years. I enjoy playing a lot of sports, especially soccer, but I also enjoy playing and watching basketball. Furthermore, my why or ultimate passion is to make my family proud and pursue my
When I see the dusty field with new chalked lines, I know I am at the ball field. My passion is softball and my dream is to get a scholarship. First, I would cherish going to the University of Tennessee to play ball. I have also dreamed of being an All American pitcher. Finally, i want to become a better ball player by playing at the college level.
Ever since I was a kid I have been surrounded by music, which has caused it to have a bigger impact on me than anything else in life. Although I will be majoring in strictly Business, my dream career is to work in some part of the Music Business. I hope to graduate college with a deep understanding of management, finance, and marketing. I plan on auditioning for the choir, joining clubs, and when sophomore comes along, applying for internships at record labels in NYC and LA. Since music has always had an extreme impact on me, my dream is to simply make an artists dream come true. I have seen many people surrounding me either be positively or negatively affected by music, so I plan to find the next hit superstar and help them make a positive
To have a dream is something we all have, work for, and strive for. I found the “I Have a Dream” by Martin Luther King to be more compelling because it affects people more in the sense that it was more recent and it talks about how we all deserve the same rights.
My dream job in the future would be professional football player. I have loved the game of football since I was a little kid because it’s a good sport and you can tackle the player and catch and do anything in the sport as long as you follow the rules. The colleges that I’m looking forward to go to are UNC, Oregon, or Appalachian State.
