In today society is becoming more diverse. It is a challenging task because the perception in the society is pluralism, complex ethnic, linguistic, religious, and cultural and completed so multicultural. It is necessary to better understand between different cultures. People with different cultures living together and cooperation should be aware of the similarities and differences and receive and reconcile respect for the values. Understanding of multiculturalism, it is first necessary to understand deeply, full of own culture.
Early childhood setting is the first exposure that many children make when they transition from home. We believe that with creative and learning environment will allow children to promote language and also to retain their home language and cultures as well. Anti-bias curriculum teaches children to accept, respect and appreciate individual differences in an increasingly diverse world. To better serve families and children in a diverse community, programs to encourage multiculturalism in a play-based learning environment. Good early childhood educators reflect and empower the diverse cultures of children and families in the program.

Teachers lead the children in a more structured way that design to prepare children for kindergarten. Teachers developed instructional strategies to have children engage in the learning process by introducing a rich environment of language, ideas and concepts. Children engaged in learning at their own pace and were given multiple ways to respond. Children have the opportunities to talk about their reflection and better understanding of earlier experiences.
