This paper provides a definition of leadership, diversity and multicultural influencing the process of leaders to achieve organizational objectives through changes. An effective leader could utilize these techniques to promote opportunities of success. There are traits involved in leadership like intelligence, confidence and determination that are integral to become an effective leader. This can be considered a great leader you must motivate people to bring about positive changes and can develop a leader within each individual.

Multiculturalism can be defined either descriptively or normatively as the mere survival of a diverse group of people. Multicultural leaders must be visionaries and can articulate that vision to others and to make the dream a reality. These types of leaders must have fundamental beliefs and attributes such as honesty and an ethical foundation which supports and enforces ethical behavior, ethics or values can be taught and refined as the leader grows. “Diversity by definition focuses on differences, while multiculturalism focuses on aspect of multiple cultures” (Connerley & Pedersen, 2005). There are multiple factors that influence the strategies of these organizations such as social movements, political engagement, demographic changes, and more. For example, many leaders in these certain organizations have designed ways to adapt to a new future underlined by varied demographic changes by employing multilingual workers or diversifying product placements and advertising. The focus of these strategies is to mitigate the effects of racism and ultimately eliminate discrimination in the United States.
