In the current essay I would like to give some information on the correlations between the moon phases and acute mental illness episodes. To start with, it is essential to say that nowadays, most of people who are used to live in the era of technological progress, believe that moon phases and lunar cycles will not affect their health. Scientists have researched a few significant facts that have shown an impact of the moon on the different processes on Earth: moon directs the tides of the ocean in the world; the atmospheric pressure depends on the phases of the moon; the moon affects the drops of the temperature. We consist of almost 75% of water, that is why each of us feels differently in certain phase of the moon.
