The unemployment rate in Malaysia remained at 3.5 percent in July of 2017, unchanged from the same month of the previous year. The number of jobless people increased by 0.5 percent from a year earlier to 519 thousand and the number of utilized people went up by 2 percent to 14.497 million. The labour force additionally climbed 2 percent to 15.016 million. On an occasionally balanced premise, the jobless rate edged up to 3.5 percent from 3.4 percent in the previous month. Unemployment Rate in Malaysia averaged 3.28 percent from 1998 until 2017, achieving an unequal high of 4.50 percent in March of 1999 and a record low of 2.70 percent in August of 2012.

Huge differences exist between these two types of working styles.
Firstly, traditional working style contains working long hours. On top of that, traditional working style involves using many papers, pens, files and other stationeries. For instance, employees use a book to mark down notes during meetings as the market have not sell IPAD or laptop.
However, modern working style is hugely different with traditional working style. Modern working style contains working short hours. Apart from that, modern working style involves using electronic products like IPAD or projector. For example, employees use a projector to do their presentation on their business plans instead of using whiteboard or papers.

It is because that this problem will cause the graduates or interns be difficult to find a job. If the employers keep refusing to hire the fresh graduates, it will eventually cause them lost their confidence in finding jobs and finally giving up on themselves. Apart from that, this problem will also implicate our country’s economy. This is due to the reason that the graduates paid a lot of money to study in university but they could not find a job. It will cause them can't afford to pay the study loans that they borrowed and at the meantime bring impact to the country's and the family's
