Have you ever wondered what it be like to reconnect with someone from the past? Reconnecting with someone in the past, takes courage and effort to do. In this book, Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom is about a professor named Morrie who helped a lost student named Mitch to see life in a better way. Mitch and Morrie relationship started in a classroom and their relationship grew closer then ever. Mitch rarely talked about his parents but graduation came and they were excited to meet Morrie. Mitch and Morrie both overcome challenges in life and put their differences asides to solve it together. These problem leaded to a stronger bond for them both to reconnect. In a way, I have similar situation like Mitch and Morrie. I’m trying to reconnect with this person named Jessie due to many complications in our lives. I want to reconnect with Jessie because he was one of my good friends that I lost contact with. If I had the chance to reconnect with Jessie I probably have a lot of questions to ask him since we stopped talking. One of my question would be It’s been so long since we talked and how are you doing? Another question would be How is life treating you and we need to catch up soon. I don’t think I would have the courage to try to reconnect with someone because it has its pro and cons whether or not I want to do it. I feel it would be scary to do it because its has been years since I talked to Jessie. Even though Jessie isn’t in my life, I have learned a lot from him and how to be successful in life with the advice he gave me. I feel ok that he isn’t here but if he was here then it would be different. Since I’m in college now everything has changed when I see life.
