They searched the Scriptures daily - Acts 17:11
Greetings Friends,
I keep telling myself that I will send out another note but somehow I have been too lazy since spring 2015. One solution is to take a day off work at the end of the year like today. Okay, I do admit that is pretty lazy, and time just keeps moving so fast. So much has happened with our family and ministry since my last note and now we are looking at a new year arriving. In 2015 we took a trip out to San Diego to visit family, while this year we visited Pensacola for no reason other than just a vacation trip.
Let me get started with our updates:

God's hand was on visiting with my aunt for our return trip home from San Diego. As fate would have it we sat down waiting to board the plane right next to my aunt that I had not seen or could recognize. We didn't even know our flight was the same flight but we boarded the flight sitting together for a great visit in flight. God is Good and He blesses us beyond understanding. …show more content…

Research My first research experience took place from the Fall 2012 – Summer 2013 in a neurobiology laboratory (Dr. Daniel Plas) focused on Parkinson’s Disease. In this project an undergrad student and I were tasked with optimizing a cellular medium for neural growth of the model organism Lymnaea stagnalis. This was comprised of following established protocols and altering certain variables within the formulas (differing concentrations of ions, pH, et al.) to observe growth pattern differences in vitro.

In 2009, my parents and I decided to travel to San Antonio, Texas for vacation. My parents and I have traveled there before, but we enjoyed it so much that we decided to go back. With many places to see and do; my parents thought that we should go to Six Flags Fiesta Texas. It was at this theme park, where something happened that I would never forget.
I grew up in a home with a family that attend church weekly and was active in the church family. I knew about God and about His son but I never remember the story of salvation and the personal need for a savoir. As a teenager I walked away from the religion that I thought did not offer my anything. In my thirties, my husband was diagnosed with cancer and I immediately started my negotiations with God. Little did I know that He was not a negotiator but it was during this time in my life that I needed God more than He needed me. Since accepting the gift of God’s love, the salvation of a Savoir, and the renovation of my heart, I look to God for the path of my life. I share Gods truth through my career change to a Christian nob-profit that’s vision is to share God’s love to the community through the platform of pregnancy care and family services. Personally I have fulfilled God’s call to help the less fortunate by adopting a sibling group and participating and supporting mission trips to third world countries to support his children and missions there. My final piece of God’s plan I feel lead to complete is to volunteer my professional expertise and finances to work with a mission group that provides laboratory services to third world mission hospitals. I have done one trip for them and am currently planning a trip to Honduras in the new year. My day to
our sin. He did this out of great love for us. This is exemplified in
God is constantly watching over us, and guiding us throughout our lives. There are signs of this message even early on in the book. During the event of Swede’s kidnapping, Jeremiah was unconscious, but suddenly wakes up to a notion that something is not right. “He [sat] upright, and his eye [were] wide and troubled, and ‘Son,’ he [said], we have to leave,” and he was right. He could not have just got that feeling out of nowhere. God was watching over him and Swede and trying to keep them safe. Then, later on, when the family finally runs out of gas, after they have gone a long time with virtually no gas, they happened to come to stop at Roxanna’s, who became a loving and vital addition to their family. In addition to the phenomenon that they went so long without gas, when they run out they are right next to someone who can help them. This is more than coincidence. God was helping the family through the journey and making sure that they were okay. Jeremiah also personally experienced being led by God, who was th...
Also, how He gives us the things that we ask for, and how He is faithful to the end, and will never leave or forsake you. Therefore, that is the reason we worship Him, because He is worthy of all of our praise, therefore, deserves to be glorified in the highest form of praise, which is, “Hallelujah!” As it states in the Bible, “And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honor, and power, unto the Lord our God” (Revelation 19:1). We can never fully understand God because our minds cannot comprehend who He is
Group Concept Through a collaborative group effort, we identified the major themes and concepts in Jane Harrison’s Stolen. From this, our group decided to focus on the theme of ‘loss’ and it’s many ways of impacting people. Definition – Lose 1. “to come to be without (something in one's possession or care), through accident, theft, etc., so that there is little or no prospect of recovery.”
Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; His understanding is unsearchable.” This verse means God is everlasting and He won’t become weary.

The terms primary, secondary and tertiary relate to different sectors of the economy. Wikipedia describes the primary sector of the economy as the sector of an economy making direct use of natural resources. This includes agriculture, forestry, fishing and mining.
Today's Gospel reading shows us that the Lord is with us through times of trial… or when the storms of life get to be too much to handle. Whether He calms the storm as he did for the disciples, or asks us to let him walk through the storm with us, as Paul talks of in 2 Corinthians, or gives us the strength to fight against it, as He did for David while up against Goliath; he is always with us. He does not ignore the cry of the afflicted.
