Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 6:30 am – 5:30 pm Unless prior arrangements have been made

Payments: Late payments are not acceptable and a fee will be assessed for nonpayment. I ask you to consider your reaction if your employer came to you on payday and announce that payroll had been delayed and you would not be receiving your check. I am always willing to work with parents and request that prior arrangements be made if payments will be late. I will take all outstanding accounts to court and collection. Should these actions become necessary; parents/guardians will be responsible for all court costs and fees assessed.

Child’s Absences: There are no refunds or discounts when a child is absent. Payment is still required regardless if a child is present or not.
Maternity Leave: In the case of your potential absence due to maternity or extended leave from your job, I still require full daycare payments for the entire time of your absence to hold your child’s position. In cases of maternity leave where you will be placing your new baby into my care, you will be required to fill out all necessary enrollment forms and return them on or prior to the child’s first attendance.

Your child will not learn if they do not do it while in my care and at home. You must work with your child at home before I will begin potty training here. Clothing should be easy to manage to encourage self-help skills. Buckles, buttons, belts, overalls, suspenders, etc. may create problems and frustrations for your child, leading to more accidents. Disposable training pants are required until the child is completely potty trained (several days of dry training pants with no accidents).
Personal Property/Toys: The daycare provides a wide variety of toys for the children to play with. Please do not bring any toys from home for your child. This tends to lead to jealousy, which leads to not sharing and fighting between the children. The toys may also become lost or broken. If a personal item is brought from home and an argument ensues over this item, it will be taken away and put up until your child leaves for the day. Please make sure that children do not bring things that may pose a choking hazard, such as coins etc. to the
