Where did you guys get the name? Brian Johnson- “Marina City came from the two honeycomb towers from downtown Chicago, we were really influenced by it, because the guy who created Marina City, was looked down upon, his ideas were something that people thought weren't really possible to put the two towers together they way that he did. He wanted to create a city within a city, and he went ahead, with those ideas anyways even though those people thought he was dumb and now the Marina City towers are national landmarks in downtown Chicago, so we took inspiration from that and we thought it was really cool, we’re a band, that people are kinda like, Oh, you’re still trying to do that band thing, that's kind of dumb, why are you doing that? And were just going ahead and doing it anyways, and hopefully we can be national landmarks in Chicago. That kind of thing, so that’s where Marina City comes from." Have you ever wondered why the Tampa Bay area is always so hot and storms every afternoon in the summer time? Living in Tampa my whole life I never thought twice about why every day in the summer time we were hit with an afternoon thunderstorm, it was just common knowledge. Tampa Bay is in Florida, and also known as the lightning capital of the United States of America. Florida is right at the most south eastern portion of the United States and is a peninsula, so the conditions are just right for afternoon thunderstorms. There is much more than just simple evaporation and precipitation going on, there is a list of consistent factors at play that cause the Tampa Bay area to receive these thunderstorms. Some of the factors that cause Tampa Bay to have such a predictable climate are the air masses surrounding the south eastern portion of the United States and cold fronts coming from the west.

It was still warm out and it still felt like summer; we didn’t know that we could have this much fun in one night, but we knew we were going to have fun no matter what. My first concert had to be one of the best nights of my life and one of my most favorite nights of my life during my senior year. It all began when my buddy Alex Kramper decided to give me a phone call and wanted to know if I wanted to go to an Imagine Dragons concert at the Verizon Wireless Amplifier Theater for only twenty bucks, I responded with a hell yeah, the concert was only in a weak.
This quote by Williams that Braxton Mentions, “We offer the audience for those shows the things they like to see, and more. It might add another dimension to their palette.” This quote that Braxton mentions is him practically explaining that this show will get the audience members thinking about what’s important and will get people out of theirs seat doing activities that may improve their communities. Braxton makes a great point telling the audience that this quote by Williams is important and will make people believe it is by giving the audience another voice to hear
