Bullying: A Child’s Scariest Nightmare
(A) Bullying is a horrific action that severely upsets many children worldwide every day. This activity can be done physically, emotionally, mentally,online, etc. and they target these people based on many reasons such as race, gender, sexual orientation, behavioral patterns and activities. A bully can be anybody, in addition, they can completely ruin a child, and make them feel alone, insecure, and uncomfortable. They also try make their victim believe that nobody likes them. (B) Jamie Nabozny was a student living in Ashland, Wisconsin, a small town on the edge of Lake Superior. He attended Ashland Middle and High School. (B) In middle school, he was attacked physically and verbally many times, but he avoided it, and in high school, the oppression just got worse. In particular, during high school, his determination was tested when one child viciously beats him up and gave him a death threat. He had to be in hospital for 5 days to get over this ordeal. (C) At this point, he was definitely feeling like he wanted to give up, and many children would have done that. However, he persevered through all of this, and visited a social worker instead of taking drastic measures to help him. After this, he also decided to visit a legal representative to take action against the school (D) Nabozny taught many people that they could combat such torturing and take action by pressing charges against them, and winning, and even today, he goes and tells his story to many people, to inspire and help them.

(A) Bullying can negatively affect a child majorly, and many have innumerable problems later in life due to the fact that they feel like everybody hates them. Nabozny was harassed by fellow classmates throughout middle and high school, however, he persevered and fought back, finally winning against his school in a court case. (B) He taught us through our struggles that we should never give up, and not let anybody stop us from following our beliefs. (C) If all of us take a stand against bullying, then as a result, no child anywhere can be hurt and have their childhood ruined by pejorative
