Grit! Let us be gritty. Grit is like a guide on how to overcome an immense struggle, or a thief attempting to deprive a family of life, prosperity and personal belongings. It is also recognized as a driving force that distinguishes stars from ordinary human beings. In the dictionary, grit means unyielding courage in the face of danger or hardship. Angela Duckworth, a Harvard researcher, found that the more grit a student possesses, the more successful they will be. Gritty students show resilience by overcoming hardships, thus, making them crave success.
