It was my 9th class the bilingual course “Essentials of the Learning Sciences”. Before the class, I finished reading part and I assumed that we will go through the Chapter Nine of HPL.
Last week, I spent more than ten hours in preparation for the class; reading the Chapter, writing reflection journal, actually, it took about half the time in the search for the definitions of (Database, and Learning community).
For learning community definition first I thought it easy to find the right definition of in some books, studies; however, it was an enigma to get a comprehensive definition. Nevertheless, I finally found a paper about this subject, the title of the paper was: Defining learning communities.
Regarding the class I 've had everything is

Identifying some of the software tools that are used as scaffolds to reach the learners to their goals. Yet, we nevertheless have some ambiguity on this topic, so I ' might go back to read the third chapter from CHLS v2 book.
Furthermore, we will try to add more when we will discuss the subject of scaffolding in Chapter 15 Problem-Based Learning from the CHLS v2 book.
4. Reviewing some examples of the tools that used technology in the assessment process, for example, Su Shuai produced some of them like SMART (Special Multimedia Arenas for Refining Thinking), computer,-based DIAGNOSER program, Classtalk,…etc.
In fact, what we are doing now is recording the video; it is a kind of the use of technology in the self-evaluation of performance.
5. Recognizing the functions of the Knowledge Forum software, and before the class, I 've read two papers writing by Marlene Scardamalia about this wonderful tool and it was also about the Computer-supported Intentional Learning Environments project (CSILE).

On the case of modern technologies; every day the number of the educational technology products that facilitate teaching and assessment increase tremendously. Yesterday we have discovered some of these products, services that we never heard about them before. From this point, I believe it is a good idea if we are able to launch a page or a group (Wechat, or weibo) to bring out the new educational technology products, and we can add some classifications based on the cost, quality, features…etc. That might be utilized either for teaching, or researching.
2. Recording video for the classroom activates is a great work, and then I hope the discussion groups are able to watch their performance, from the learner 's view, in order to develop their performance and to avoid mistakes in the future.

I’m convinced that much learning has occurred in this course, both on your part and on mine. So I’m most interested in your telling me what you have learned, rather than asking questions on this exam that require you to demonstrate your learning. So, look back over the course and compose a page each on what you have learned about each of these course objectives.
During my first semester of college, I felt like this course overshadowed all the others. I faced many challenges, gained better habits, and even increased the value of myself as a scholar. Not only did my professor provide her students with the course material she built a confidence inside of us that will allow us to be able to tackle any task, especially pertaining to any written compositions. The things that I have learned from this course could and will be applied to any and everything I do from here on out, whether that writing an essay or even taking a test. Again, the journey was long, but I will be forever grateful for the things that I, and all of my peers have gained from this
In the beginning of this week, I tried to continue and complete the reading of the previous unit as I'm not just interested in having good grades in my assignments without reading all the materials, but really insist on learning in order to have a solid base in computer science that can boost my carrier. So I started to read the "Problem Solving and Programming Design" and the "Problem Solving Basics" documents and I really enjoyed them as I learned how to decompose a problem in order to design an algorithm and to provide a good and consistent program.
As I planed to take this class, I thought this course would be like all other general education courses. I believed that it would be of little use to me. However, after attending the first class, my view has changed completely. I applied each and every theory to my life.
Therefore, I need to strengthen my knowledge so I won't have missing links, have the right knowledge for any situation I encounter, and master the use of time management. I need these skills to become a successful student and pierce through the obstacle I came across. It is important for me to keep remembering these because not only they will help me become a successful student, it would also make me a great individual in the future.
Because I am a visual-learner, videos will continue to be a part of my development plan both instructional and personal filming. The Described and Media Captioned Website has a number of videos for interpreters of which I already utilize as well the OIC Movies website and other websites.

...getting to inform the audience that they would be videoed. The helpers are proactive as they took the initiative to give assist to the audience which shows the enthusiasm and motivation in completing the task. With the used of the simple audiovisual video to show the step by step to the audience, it make is easy for them to follow conjunction with the help of the facilitators and helpers. In addition, the facilitator would ask the audience to raise the green indicator to show that they have finished a step before proceed to the next step. This is to ensure that everyone is on the same step and complete the activity at the same time. The downside in the implementation stage is that the time management needs to be improve as we have exceeded the given timing of fifteen about one to two minutes. This is cause by spending too much time in the first step of the activity.
As I try to recall all that I learned from this course and convey that information to you I will no doubt leave something out. I would like to start by saying that any omission isn’t from lack of importance, but more so a tough decision on what to put into this paper from the massive amount of information l...

The course also challenged me and allowed me to think critically. Whenever I am faced with an issue I know that I should take steps to formulate an opinion. It’s always good to ask questions to clarify anything. Once all the facts are established, I know that I should assess them. Finally I am able to assert a carefully thought out opinion (3). After taking these steps can be sure my opinion is right and not just for me personally, but regarding others too.
For 10 years I have used these words as a structured platform to guide my students in their work tasks from ks3 to ks4 and...
