It is worth mentioning that Fayol connected his conception of managerial functions with desirable talents on specific levels of hierarchy of organization and on this he based the model of requirements of managerial skills in the organization. He wrote a monography called Administration industrielle et generale. (Industrial and General Administration) in 1916. He pointed there 14 principles of management12 which he used on daily basis. Nowadays, we can observe that the trend is to automate the production as much as possible. Services are more difficult to automate, at least on our current level of technology. Another feature is that the crucial technology is not energy but the technologies of information. With renewable energies coming to use, we will become independent from oil, gas and coal. This is a certainty because otherwise the humanity will have very difficult time conducting any kind of business, as these fossil fuels will run out within 100 years. The right use of technology is a key to success, the power of information is visible today more than ever and it will only increase. The right techniques can bring the cost reduction which means the access for goods will become easier as it happened after the industrial revolution. Also important, depending on the sector, would be planning and controlling of technology. In technical industries it may provide some advantages over the competition. Knowledge and learning ability will be main potential. In ever changing surroundings the ability to learn fast will prove to be the game
