Mexican singer Larry Hernandez was arrested due to an outstanding warrant on September at the Ontorio airport, according to police records. Charges included kidnapping and assault, allegedly of a concert promoter, who went on to report the incident to authorities. His alleged brutal crimes are serious enough that his passport has been taken, too. 38-year-old, singer made his first court appearance on October 23 in South Carolina and has been freed on a $200.000 bail after being extradited to South Carolina. “They kidnapped him, they beat him…He wants justice done because we do not want there to be another report that, instead of kidnapping, says murder,” said Alejandro Andrade, the brother of Larry’s alleged victim Jose Andrade. After nine days of being released for transfer from a Southern California jail, narco corrido singer Larry Hernandez arrives in Newberry, South Carolina to face kidnapping charges. A Borderland Beat reader has found the location of singer Larry Hernandez. He has been in Reno Nevada, on the right is his booking mugshot from Reno taken on the 16th. He looks worse for the wear in the mugshot and one recent post links to a news report from NBC Universo's sister network Telemundo, quoting Hernandez's stepfather. “He is a very good person,” Eleazar Ceniceros, Larry’s stepfather, told Telemundo. “I cannot believe that they have done this to my son.” Hernandez thanked his fans for their support but said he couldn't speak about the accusations while the case was
In 1980, Julio Gonzalez immigrated to New York and met Lydia Feliciano, who would become his girlfriend. 10 years later, Gonzalez lost his job, was dumped by Feliciano, and got drunk. He visited his ex-girlfriend when she was working as a coat-check at an illegal bar in the Bronx called Happy Land Social Club. After Gonzalez was thrown out by the bouncer, he bought gasoline at a nearby gas station and set fire to the stairs, which was the only exit. 87 people were killed. Gonzalez was visited in his apartment by police officers, he confessed to his crimes, and was taken to the police station where he was promptly arrested. The defense attorney claimed that the defendant was unlawfully arrested so his statements were invalid and that even if
All of these dealers claimed they were innocent, but one particular defense attorney, Cynthia Barbare, took her client, Jose Luis Vega, at his word. He claimed to be an honest auto mechanic and the dirt under his fingernails led her to believe him. Plus, she found it odd that a reportedly wealthy drug trafficker lived in such a meager home. Her first line of defense was simply requesting that the drug lab test the veracity of the drugs. None of the prior dealers from Alonso’s cases had done so because the Dallas county court system unofficially penalized anyone who requested verification from the drug lab with a much lengthier sentence. The courts had simply relied upon the officers’ field tests. Ultimately, Barbare’s gutsy choice paid off

I do not believe someone else killed the kids. He probably thinks as long as they have no bodies, then he won’t get the death penalty. Works Cited Davis, J., & Saenz, S. (2014, February 26). ...began to chase him. While trying to escape, Ramirez attempted to steal a car but was unaware that the owner was under the car trying to fix it. When Ramirez started the car the owner came out from underneath it and began to chase him. The mob was still in pursuit now armed with steal rods. They eventually caught up to him and several people beat him until the police got there. He was arrested and taken into custody. It was because of endless appeals that his trial lasted for 4 years. At the end of everything he was found guilty on 43 counts in the Los Angeles county that included 13 murders, burglary, sodomy, and, rape. He was sentenced to the death penalty in the gas chamber. He is still on death row and will continue to be until he is out of appeals. He is quoted as saying "You maggots make me sick. I will be avenged Lucifer dwells within all of us!".
and odd. I would have to say that I agree with Hernandez’s feelings on this, even though
He never committed any crimes, therefore police doesn’t have any bad record of him. Many people believe that some illegal immigrants are criminals, but in his magazine he showed the readers that not everyone are same. There are many illegal immigrants who caused no harm to anyone. They are just here to live a normal life. Vergas stated that “there are believed to be 11 million undocumented immigrants in the United States. We’re not always who you think we are. Some pick your strawberries or care for your children” (paragraph 9). Those who believe undocumented immigrants are bad people will change their thoughts because if they were bad then how and why would Americans trust them to take care of their children. There are some people who work for less money, but the rate of undocumented immigrants in college is increasing every day. That means they will contribute a lot to the economy and the society by working at better jobs. As a result, Vergas not only touch reader’s emotion but he also removed some stereo type ideas from peoples

They spoke of Kate as if she was a subject criticizing her personally instead of reading deep into the tweet discussing the main message. In the documentary “The Day I Met El Chapo” the director included interviews from Kate’s friends and other officials such as a retired DEA agent. The retired DEA agent, Hector Berrellex states, “El Chapo is a violent serial killer and nobody should be honoring him to include Kate del Castillo.” Instead of reading her tweet and noticing that her intent was to criticise El Chapo and the Mexican government at the same time. These opposing views towards Kate and the tweet she made are a common reaction towards any form of change. One example would be Rosa Parks, she did not move from the front of the bus for a white person because she had every right to sit there. The reaction to her transgression was jail time for not obeying the law. Kate’s transgression resulted in the media putting a magnifying glass on Kate, her family, friends, and the dangers from criticising the largest cartel leader. The Mexican government opposed Kate’s tweet by harming her career as an actress, and preventing her from visiting anywhere in Mexico. One opinion about El Chapo is someone not to be messed with similar to Al Capone. Another opinion of El Chapo is that he was just trying to
Persons found guilty of committing the crime of kidnapping risk being imprisoned or heavily find. Additionally, during a kidnap some other offense might occur such as assault and battery. False Imprisonment and Kidnapping are comparative terms but unmistakable as per their legal definitions. While both include persuasively taking an individual away without his consent, false imprisonment is more correctly used in particular cases where a person is confined in a bounded place and denied his or her freedom. Kidnapping is a broader term and includes the unlawful taking of an individual without his consent using threats, deceit, or force with an end goal of confining him or her (Robbins, 2014).
In the other hand, Mr. Trump used the Avoiding conflict style at the beginning, he avoided answer Mr. Ramos, he ignored him at first, he tried to point another reporter to ask a question, but Mr. Ramos kept talking, interrupting the press conference.
