Then in the 1800’s many equipment that we use today was created. Starting in 1933, more women started to give birth in hospital then at their own home. To become a Labor and Delivery Nurse you will need a degree that varies from a high school diploma to a bachelor’s degree. After that, you will need to get a degree in Nursing and then become a Licensed RN.
